- Selous Game Reserve - Depart Zanzibar at 0730 or Dar es Salaam at 0800am with a flight to an Airstrip in Selous Game Reserve arrival at 0915am pick up from Mtemere runway along Giraffes Impalas and other friends who are around the runway. Selous is the wildest and most beautiful game reserve in Tanzania, lakes, river, and so many animals around the lakes the source of life. You will see wide range of Antelopes as Impala, Water buck, Eland, Kudu, Dikdik, and more, Giraffes, Zebra, Elephant, Crocodiles, Hippos, Pumba (warthog) Hyena, wild dogs, Leopards, Lions hundreds of species of birds all are around the Selous. You will have 7-8 full hours of game drive and later your will be transferred back to the airstrip to catch your 1630hrs flight that will take you back to Dar-es-salaam/Zanzibar the same day.

Selous is Africa’s largest and oldest game reserve. It is one of its most scenic wildlife destinations; the Selous is utterly beautiful. This is an outrageously good safari park and an essential component of any southern circuit itinerary. The park has a variety of vegetation zones, ranging from dense thickets to open wooded grassland.

Overpriced - The chairs of the jeep were broke and the jeep didn't want to start more then once. The guides gave a lot of information and did their best in finding the best spots but same time they stoppe 40 minutes Early! When you pay such an amount of money for only 1 day this is really unacceptable. Also this tour was crazy overpriced I found out so better to never use these agencies but just book your ticket to selous, pay entrance and you will get the tour too. These agencies ask way too much money for just booking your tickets. Doing it yourself can save you a few hundred dollars
