Begin your adventure early, as the morning is the prime time to spot dolphins. Start in the historic Matemwe fishing village, one of the oldest capitals on Zanzibar Island. While searching for dolphins, dive in to snorkel among the stunning coral reef and the diverse array of colorful fish and marine life. If the dolphins are feeling playful, you might see them frolicking around. As you will be in their natural habitat, there is no guarantee you’ll get to swim with the dolphins; however, your guide will do their best to ensure the dolphins are comfortable so you can enjoy their beautiful energy, whether up close or from a distance. Additionally, the fresh fruit platter prepared by the captain was a delightful treat! Before returning to the hotel, we will stop at a nice restaurant to enjoy a delicious seafood lunch. The private tour was fantastic as it allowed us to have the boat all to ourselves.
