Out of the world service!!! - Awesome staff, especially our guide & driver 'Mohammed'. He is very kind, patience, knowledgeable, and funny! The manager, Kelvin, was also very helpful!!! The amount of effort Mohhamed put in to meet our every fancy e.g. wilderbeasts migration, leopard, lion, ... anything at all...is unbelievable! And he did all of that with a smile and very good sense of humor. Ask for him!!! Also all other guides -- Oscar, Fidelis and Nickson were awesome. e.g. I forgot my camera filter at Moshi. They called me and delivered it to us at Ngorongoro. When I had little light headedness at Shira, they drove us down quickly. Fidelis stayed with me and Oscar drove my wife back again to complete the hike!!!!!!!!!! Meru rocks! I highly recommend them!!!

Wonderful 5 days safari trip - We booked a 5 day safari trip thru Meruslopes. Initially it was an open tour , but other family dropped out last min. So, we end up as 2 person private tour, which works perfectly . Safari trip is a one man show , which requires lots of experience for safety , excitements and enjoyments . A big shout out to our driver / guide Julius , who is very experienced , resourceful and friendly , and always willing to serve with charming smile . We had many lucky moments to spot animals closeup and in action . Seen all the big fives and many more African animals and birds beyond our expectation . This is truely an unforgettable experience . Really recommend Julius and his company .

Safari 5 days with Mohamed😍 - We shared the tour with other English tourists, yet our Guide Mohamed, made us all the Tour in Spanish cared that we found as many animals as possible, always looking for the best place to see them better. I knew the parks perfectly well. He is a great expert!!!! Our chef Johannes is the best chef we could have... I cook traditional Tanzanian local food and it was all great. The visit to Masai village and a walk through a local village....made our experience in Tanzania more enriching. Overall very good organization by Meru Slopes from our arrival at the airport until we leave back. We couldn't have chosen better.

Amazing 5 day safari! - This trip was amazing! We had a 5 day safari, first going to Serengeti, which was magnificent. Then to Ngorongoro crater and the last day to Tarangire National Park. Thanks to our amazing guide and driver Patrick we saw so many animals! Even two rhino, two leopard, many many lions and even an encounter of a lion to a topi. It was unforgettable. Also the food was delicious. Our private chef Gideon was the best! Allergies are no problem and every meal was a delicious surprise. Especially the home baked bread and orange flavoured pancakes where my favourites. I would defenitely recommend Meru Slopes and especially Patrick and Gideon for your safari in Tanzania!

Unforgettable Safari Experience - I absolutely loved my 5 day camping safari. Mohammed our guide and driver worked tirelessly to make sure we enjoyed our safari and saw as much wildlife as possible. Tarangire, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro offered different scenery and environments and all were great places to experience nature and view wildlife. The opportunity to see parts of the great migration was a "bucket list" experience. Yohanni, the chef, was great. The meals were wonderful, a nice mix of Tanzanian and western foods, better than at home, We always had plenty to eat. I felt well taken care of the entire trip. Geofrey Nassari, the Managing Director, ensured that our trips got off to a good start, ran smoothly and ended well. Nice additions to the camping safari were included budget hotel stays before and after the safari and airport transfers. I also appreciated the visits to the Maasai village and Prisca's walking tour of Mto wa Mbu (Mosquito River) which added interesting cultural aspects to the safari. In addition, I appreciated Almachius who assisted with my initial reservation and Fidelis and Nixon's assistance purchasing bus tickets for my onward trip to Dar Es Salam and getting me to the bus station on time for my 6 am departure. Overall, I felt as though Meru Slops provided more than what was promised. I would use Meru Slopes for future trips in a heartbeat.

Serengeti, Tarangire , Ngorongoro 5 days tour - The tour was great, we arrived at Arusha and were picked up by the driver to the provided hotel. The safari was great, with special thanks to Lobulu our tour guide/ driver and the chef Dula. We covered almost all the animals in the national parks. The drives were long but it was joyful with the group and the tournguide explaining the tour. The camps were good but gets really cold. The only negatives was, unfortunately. the hotel that was provided was not clean and acceptable at all ( Venice Hotel). We had to change the hotel. There is alot to be done and if there is anything extra, the tour guide transparently mentions it. I would recommend to have the tour with Lobulu and Dula as they made it very Memorable for us.

Fantastic experience - We had a beautiful experience. It started already with the communication with mister Tembo. And the reception in Arusha Tourist inn hotel with mister Geoffrey. Than it continued with our magnificent driver Douglas and our splendid cook. We saw the big 5. More than dozens of groups of elephants. Lions. Cheetah. Buffalo. The camping in the Parks was an experience in itself. With fantastic food.

Amazing experience - It has been an exceptional trip. Our itinerary changed at the beginning to accommodate groups (we should have started in Tarangire but we started at Lake Manyara), we still did everything that was planned in our 8-day itinerary. The final itinerary was: Lake Manyara + Maasai - Serengeti 1 night (normally they tell you that it is 2 days but the transfers are at least noon and the entrance to the park is 24 hours, so once you enter you only have 24 hours counting the night per which the next day after eating you leave) - Ngorongoro Crater (camping for 1 night) + visit with local people in Mto Wa Mbu - Tarangire - Bicycle route in Mto Wa Mbu - Materuni Waterfall + Chemka Hot Springs. We did the purely safari part with Meru Slopes. Regarding the organization itself, we changed chef and guide several times. Moshi and Johanna were our cooks during these days and they were both charming as well as top chefs. They adapted to all needs, they cooked very deliciously and were very friendly. Always everything plated and served with a smile. They made us try a lot of Tanzanian cuisine and we couldn't be more satisfied. Our guides were Andrew and Florian, both very good. We shared more time with Florian. He is really a very good driver and has the eyesight of a lynx, he is able to see where your eyes cannot see to find any animal. He has mechanical qualities, ambition to find any animal and a lot of knowledge about animals and their habitat that he shares with you during the safari. Finally, you must take into account in the final financial balance that every day for each person who accompanies you you give a tip (normally about 10 dollars).

Professional, friendly, and expertly organised trip from start to finish - This trip was simply unforgettable, one of the best I have been on in my life. Safari will make you excited to be alive, and this company will ensure a smooth, professional and well organised experience. The sheer number of people involved in making our trip so enjoyable was impressive. One tip - bring toilet paper for the campsite !
