Bespoke 3 day luxury safari - We booked a bespoke private tour for our honeymoon and can highly recommend.
We flew in from Zanzibar into Seronera with the last leg being on a small 15 seater prop plane landing on a strip bang in the middle of the Serengeti … exciting from the off.
Our guide, the wonderful Aaron, met us at the strip and we were straight out in safari, amazing nailing the ‘big 5’ in less than 2 hours! Aaron had an amazing ability to get us in the right place at the right time, whether it was a spotting a leopard lounging in a tree, predicting where a lioness would meet with her pride or knowing when we should just chill, have some lunch and wait patiently for a black rhino to reappear, he was on the ball every time.
The accommodation, luxury tents at Matawi Serengeti camp (complete with hyena’s calling as we fell asleep) and Ngorongoro Oldeani Mountain lodge were amazing and well worth splashing out on.
In less than 3 days we saw every animal on our wish list including cheetahs and elephants, most of them incredibly up close. An absolutely magical experience (especially the balloon ride) we would recommend to anyone!

Great care, great guide, great experience - When we decided with my wife to travel to Zanzibar for a trip to some summer heat from the cold of winter in Europe our travel agent suggested to break the heat with a safari tour. Telly Africa Safaris must have been the perfect choice to meet the expectations when a safari tour.
Mohamed as owner gave us an utmost care by informing us the day before the tour. Transfers and flights both in and out were properly organized. We never felt being lost in a faraway land. They took care about our luggage at Zanzibar while we had the safari tour on the mainland. The tent named Honeymoon at Into Wild Camps was gorgeous for the first night and Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge had an incomparable view over Ngorongoro itself. The balloon safari delivered us an amazing view over Serengeti.
Godson as a guide showed exceptional skills in spotting animals all through the 3 days by his 10 years of guiding experience. He helped us with his knowledgeable information on the animals and the environment all along. His friendly approach created a special atmosphere for the tour.
We were happy to have the experience with all the animals especially through the number of different lions spotting we succeeded.

The most incredible 3 days! - That was the most incredible 3 days, and far exceeded both of our expectations. Mohamed from Telly was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our safari, answering all of our questions. He even arranged for us to have our extra luggage looked after for us in Zanzibar during the trip.
Assad, our guide, was fantastic! Not only was he amazing at spotting out all of the Big 5, but also a cheetah right after a kill. Assad was professional, friendly, was incredibly knowledgable and made our trip full of memories.
The accommodation within the Serengeti and at Ngorongoro were impeccable, beautiful rooms with amazing views.
My husband and I chose Telly Africa Safaris for our honeymoon, and are SO happy we did. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience. If you’re thinking of booking Telly, do it!

Unforgettable safari - I recently had the privilege of having an unforgettable safari experience. The accommodations were absolutely beautiful. The luxury and comfort they offered after a day of adventure in the wilderness were a welcome surprise.
The safari itself was phenomenal. Our guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His passion for nature added immensely to our experience.
All in all, this trip was organized down to the last detail and exceeded my expectations.
Thank you Mohamed for making this wonderful safari possible. I highly recommend anyone dreaming of a safari experience in Tanzania to book it with Telly Africa Safaris.

Unforgettable experience - We had an amazing experience with Telly Safaris. We booked a 3 day / 2 nights safari in Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater and it was beyond all of our expectations. From the organization of the trip with Mohamed Haroun to the safari itself with the best guide ever Malisa, we can only recommend Telly Safaris. Mohamed was very flexible when organizing the safari, the hotels and transfer as well as very responsive. The trip was completely tailor made to our needs. During the safari we spotted the big five and so many incredible animals thanks to Malisa that is very knowledgeable and so kind. We are very grateful for this trip and will never forget. Book without hesitating, it’s the best decision you will do.

Just wow .. 5 star experience and 5 star service. - I use the safari bookings website and put in what I wanted and was contacted by Mohamed from Telly Africa safaris. He organised a 3 day 2 night luxury safari for us as a group of 8. Everything from the pick up at our hotel in Zanzibar to the flights over and back , the safari itself and the accommodation ran so smoothly and was excellent. Out guides for the days Arun and Godson were brilliant making sure we didn’t miss anything and even managed to arrange trip to a Masi billage after speaking with us. We had a balloon safari as well which I can only describe as magical. We all agreed we had an exceptional time and would not hesitate to recommend Mohamed and Telly Africa Safaris whether you want luxury or basic. We had a 5 star experience with 5 star service. Thanks so much for all the organising.

Fantastic Safari and a superb Organisation - we had a superb luxury safari in serengeti and ngorongoro crater. Our guide, Livin, was fantastic, we sah so many animals, all of the big 5, and many many more. We where so near to them, unbelievable. Also the lodge in Serengeti and the one just outside the crater were amazing. Thank you very much Mohamed (Owner of Telly Safari) The Organisation off our Trip was top. We will comf back!!

A fly in fly out safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro. - We booked a 3 day safari to Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, flying in from Arusha and out to Zanzibar. Thanks to Mohamed Haroun we had a really amazing trip.
Mohamed helped us to customise the safari to our own specifications and he organised everything. He was quick to respond to queries and requests.
A special thank you to Mailiach, our driver and guide on the safari. With his comprehensive knowledge of both National Parks and the animals we learned so much and saw so many different animals. Which included all of the ‘Big Five’. A big thank you to Telly Safaris for a truly memorable experience.

Outstanding experience, meticulous planning - I am so happy that we booked our Serengeti trip with Telly Africa Safaris. Mohamed Haroun was fantastic in the meticulous planning and always responsive to our specific needs. We opted for the luxury fly-in, fly-out and everything was marvellous. Our entire Safari trip was excellent because of our Safari Guide, Assad. Assad is not only a very knowledgeable guide, but he also aims to please his guests. He would share bits of information that made our experience so much better.

Safári na Tanzânia 🇹🇿 - safari in Tanzania: We took a trip to Tanzania in July/23 and we chose Telly Safari through the Safari bookings website to do all the transfers, book accommodation and safaris. the chosen package was the 3-night Safari in the Luxury category. The company was always extremely punctual in transfers, the guides were very attentive, and the hotels we chose were wonderful and we stayed one night inside the Serengeti, a surreal experience. as we arrived early in Arusha after almost 48 from Brazil we stayed overnight in the city on behalf of the company as well and the last night before leaving for Zanzibar. Airport transfers in and out were included as well. I highly recommend the company!!
