Swimming with dolphins and eating fruit in the water is priceless - I did this half day excursion with the beach boys on this island (in fact you can only get close, as it is owned by Bill Gates) bathing in a Maldivian sea and eating fresh fruit while also swimming with the dolphins that pass by to this atoll. Try it calmly with the local kids, because it is absolutely not dangerous

Nice morning out on the water - Our guide Ally was very friendly, explained a lot about Zanzibar, the trip, what we’ll see, etc. We chased some dolphins with the other boats and had the opportunity to swim with them if we wanted to. Afterwards we headed for some snorkeling and to the sandbank near Mnemba, which is pretty beautiful and could just relax, take pictures and explore the reef. Afterwards, we had some fruit on the boat and headed back. All in all a very fun experience

So much blue - The blue of the sky, then the blue of the Indian Ocean and finally the turquoise blue around the sandbanks surrounding Menmba island. Well, Bill Gates didn't pay us a cent but too bad.

Great snorkling no searching for dolphins - We were told to leave early to have a chance of seeing dolphins before snorkling. However when we came to the beach our skipper told us that we would not look for dolphins and took us straight to the snorkling site. The snorkling was amazing. Lots of fish fariety. The beach and sea where you launched was filthy and does not givr a good look for Zanzibar and the Mnembe snorkling

Highlight of Zanzibar - Allytour took us out to Mnemba Atoll. Picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Included snorkeling, dolphin watching/swimming, and swimming on sandbar of Mnemba Island. The dolphins were amaziing. The Reef was beautiful, but packed with snorkelers and boats.

Different than the pictures suggest - First of all, it is not the boat that is presented in the picture. Obtaining masks and flippers was chaos. Swimming with the dolphins is a witch hunt for those animals. Just really sad. With many boats sailing around it. And then jump in. Also dangerous.

First world prices and third world service. Better to give it a miss. Avoid this tour company. - Poor value for money £136 for two. They forgot about our booking & left us waiting at reception for 90mins. Then it took 2.5hrs to get there. Motorboat was very small and nothing was as described (ie no proper snorkelling gear or drinks & lunch was chopped-up fruit). Staff were pleasant & friendly and we did get to see coral reef - but would not recommend it especially the tour company “Mr Africa Tours & Safaris”.
