Excellent service.... - Excellent service. Company confirmed pick up time and location the day before. Arrived right on time. Guide (Osi) was excellent. Vehicle was clean and well equipped (cold drinks and charging). Restrooms available at several stops during the day. Experience itself was fantastic!

An Extraordinary Birthday in the Ngorongoro Crater - We booked a day trip to the Ngorongoro Crater for my birthday and it was absolutely phenomenal.
The safari vehicle picked us up at our hotel in the morning, which was punctual. Entry into the crater was already sorted for us by Euphoria - all we had to do was take in the view and enjoy every single second of the stunning wildlife. A huge highlight for me was seeing the black rhino!
We had a beautiful lunch by the Hippo Lake. Much to my surprise, Gabriel had organised a wonderfully thoughtful birthday treat (a lovely bottle of red wine!) along with lunch. Talk about the most exquisite lunch experience amongst breathtakingly surreal scenery.
I want to extend my most heartfelt thank you to Gabriel, not only for his outstanding hospitality but also his unwavering professionalism from start to finish. Another huge thank you to Noel, our driver for the day, who doubled up as an absolutely fantastic guide during our drive through the Crater.
I would endlessly recommend booking your next (or first, like mine) safari experience with Euphoria Safaris. My family and I had the most beautiful day, and I will be making sure I place my next adventure booking in the same reliable hands.

Many thanks to Euphoria safaris - I booked a day visit to Ngorongoro crater through trip advisor with Euphoria safaris!
It was an unforgettable experience.
The euphoria team was very professional and motivated…the car was clean tidy with aircon and charging sockets.
Beverages were offered throughout the journey and the lunch at the crater was really good.
Our driver (Siba) did the best to show us whatever was possible without rush.
I highly recommend Euphoria safaris if you plan a visit to Tanzania

Customer service is... - Customer service is top-rated. Gabriel was very responsive and professional as I had to contact him several times with questions. He was present when his driver/guide picked us up at our hotel promptly at 6 am. He also gave us a briefing on what to expect on our day trip to the Ngorongoro Crater. Surprisingly, he also made an appearance when his driver dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the day -bearing gifts and to thank us! His driver/guide who accompanied us to Ngorongoro was equally accommodating with our requests to make frequent stops for those photo ops along the way. He even granted our request to make a short stop at the Maasai Village. Euphoria is the best! You will not be disappointed!

Great tour with Euphoria! - Gabriel picked us up at the airport at JRO and made the 1.5 hour drive to Arusha a lot more pleasant by telling us a lot about the area. Bryson our game driver and guide picked us up the next morning. It was a long way to the crater from Arusha but definitely worth it. Saw the big 4 (missed the lions by a few minutes!) as we saw a leopard crossing the road as we were heading back to Arusha, pretty fantastic! Lunch was delicious! The scenery at the crater is very unique as you are surrounded by the hills.

Unforgettable Trip with Family - We had an amazing trip with Bryson! We was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot before we arrived. We felt safe and our jeep was spacious and comfortable. Our breakfast was tasty and other groups were jealous of our picnic lunch! Gabriel was very organized, attentive to our needs and our pick ups were punctual. Highly recommend!

Great day. - We had a great day at the crater. The communication with the company was excellent. Driver was on time. Breakfast and the lunch especially was delicious. Better than we expected. The crater is spectacular site and our guide was good. The company followed up with us afterwards. They seem to care a lot about their customers experience and ways to improve. We recommend.

Thrilling! - It was definitely thrilling experience for sure.
Not just the animals but, the driver.
He was speeding very fast and overtaking any car he sees. No matter where you're at. Even on the edge of crater.
Even more, almost all of the seat belts were broken. So everyone had to hold on to the any convex surface of the car.
That was a bit extreme.
