Tarangire is renowned for its impressive herds of up to 300 elephants, which dig into the dry riverbeds in search of hidden streams.

Encounter a diverse array of wildlife, including nomadic wildebeest, zebras, and buffalo, as well as impalas, gazelles, hartebeests, and elands gathered around diminishing lagoons.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park - After a hearty breakfast, pack the bags into the safari jeep and set off on an exciting journey to Serengeti. During the en-route game drive, enjoy a scenic drive with breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater and the expansive Rift Valley. Along the way, relish a picnic lunch while admiring the stunning landscape. By approximately 3:00 PM, arrive at the magnificent Serengeti.

Upon arrival, embark on an evening game drive in Central Serengeti, with the opportunity to witness the mesmerizing sunset over the endless plains. Later, head to the Lodge or Campsite within the Serengeti for a delicious dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Start the day early, waking up at 5:45 AM for a refreshing breakfast while enjoying the stunning sunrise over Serengeti. After the meal, head out for an exhilarating early morning game drive lasting until 11:30 AM, offering the chance to spot wildlife during the cooler hours when animals are most active.

Afterward, return to the Lodge campsite for a well-deserved hot lunch. Once finished and belongings are packed into the jeep, continue the game drive through Serengeti while heading toward Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, enjoy the beauty of the Serengeti landscape and possibly spot more wildlife.

By evening, arrive at the Lodge/Campsite, unwind with a delicious dinner, and settle in for a restful overnight stay, preparing for the next day’s adventure in the iconic Ngorongoro Crater.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha/ Your drop-off Location

Ngorongoro Crater - Start the day early, waking up around 5:30 AM for a hearty breakfast before descending into the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. This UNESCO World Heritage site is a true natural wonder, and during the game drive on the crater floor, there is a chance to see all of the Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, buffalo, and rhinos—along with a variety of bird species, including the iconic flamingos that flock to the crater’s soda lakes.

While exploring the crater, enjoy a scenic picnic lunch amidst the wildlife, taking in the breathtaking surroundings. The abundance of animals in this compact ecosystem is extraordinary, with many species concentrated in one area, making for an unforgettable wildlife experience.

After a 6- to 7-hour game drive, begin the ascent from the crater, heading back to Arusha at the drop-off location.
