Unforgettable Experience - We booked Kilimanjaro climbing with the best Tour Company in Tanzania, Ismani Tours .It was amazing trip to me because I was never expect if I can reach at the top of mount Kilimanjaro. Safari north Tanzania - We did safaris to Tarangiri, Ngorongoro and Lake Niaravery very nice especially the first two. Norbert organized everything and we left with Rascid as driver and Victor as cook, both great. We had the chance to see beautiful posed and almost all the animals present in the parks, including the Big5. Recommended

Poor customer service - Our experience with Ismani tours and safaris for our Kilimanjaro trek was disappointing. The only saving grace was our guide, Tyson, who was fantastic, but the agency itself left much to be desired. First of all, the tour started an hour late. There was a clear miscommunication about the route we had booked, which added unnecessary stress to the experience. Customer service was disappointing. We received no communication from the agency prior to the tour, aside from payment and invoicing details. They didn’t even inform us about the pick-up time until we reached out to them the night before, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the agency didn't even provide our guide, Tyson, with proper trekking shoes or clothes. It's shocking that a company offering such a service would neglect the well-being of their own staff. The only reason I'm not giving a 1-star review is because of Tyson, who was helpful, knowledgeable, and cared about our safety and experience. It's a shame that the agency doesn't seem to share his level of commitment. I would not recommend Ismani tours and safaris to anyone planning a Kilimanjaro trek.
