Amazing safari with amazing guide! - Our 4-day safari in Tanzania was incredible, and our guide made it truly unforgettable. We accidentally arrived a day early, but the team quickly rearranged everything on short notice without a hitch. I communicated with Renata quite frequently before the trip and she always replied very quickly. Our guide Malaki was not only friendly and fluent in English, but he also went above and beyond—allowing us to linger as long as we wanted to watch the animals, while other groups were rushed. His knowledge and patience turned this safari into a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommended!

Great and unforgettable trip and excellent organization - We went 3 couples. The organization was flawless. Although this was my first time in Tanzania, Renata made sure that everything was well organized while accommodating flight and hotel changes. She was really of great help. The guide, Fredy, was very knowledgeable, very good English and very friendly and helpful.. All together it was a great trip and very recommended.

Fantastic experience with Safari Soles in Tanzania - As a family of four, we’ve had a great time doing a 4/5 day private safari with Safari Soles in Tarangire, Ngoro Ngoro and Serengeti. At the time of the booking, Francisca was very helpful and responsive in order to design with us the optimal tour (taking into account our budget, wishes, etc.). Once there, our guide, Estomi, was very knowledgeable and caring: he did everything to make our experience unforgettable and our safari full of the best photographic memories! Everything was perfectly organised, the car was well maintained and comfortable, the accommodations were very good (tented camp and lodges) and well located. We saw an incredible quantity of animals throughout the trip (lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, etc.). We can only recommend! And we hope to come back in the future!

5 day mid quality safari - We booked our trip with Raphael who was excellent, always quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us informed the whole trip. We booked a 5 night mid quality safari with stays in lodges. All of the lodges were fantastic but Serena on the edge of the Ngorongoro crater took the prize, it was superb. The Safari itself was the most surreal experience. Our guide Samwel managed to find us all the big 5 and he really made the Safari, such a lovely, friendly guy who really made the effort. The highlight of our adventure was undoubtably our guide, Estomih. He’s a true gem and made our journey unforgettable. Big 5 with Safari Soles - We had an excellent safari experience with Safari Soles and our guide, Simon. The vehicle seemed to be in good condition and it was obvious that Simon took a lot of pride in the upkeep, which we were thankful for after seeing a number of safari vehicles broken down on the road side! Simon was well connected with rangers and other guides which helped us to see all of the big 5. Accommodation and food was great at all the places we stayed and excellent hot lunch everyday.

Safari Soles review.....they'reeee grrrreat! (Tony Tiger voice) - On Safari, we went out with Isaac. Andrew drove us locally, to our hotel, and he was incredibly engaging and sunny. Isaac was dedicated, cheery, and knowledgeable. His dedication to making sure we really saw things, but comfortably was very apparent--he kept in regular contact with other drivers about the status of the great migration and recommended our starting times, on one hand, but if he had to suggest an early time he was almost apologetic.....i felt bad, and told him we were good for it, we had a week in Tanzania to see as much as we could, and months to catch up on our sleep later. Isaac always made us comfortable, and we truly enjoyed his company. As for Safari Soles, we also had the opportunity to meet Bryson...and I am sure I sent him way more questions than he really needed (he's gotta be a busy guy) but he always answered--from recommending an itinerary when we were just starting to plan to making changes as needed, to answering stupid American questions like "what do we wear?" he was patient, detailed, and excellent. Safari Soles does multiple tours, multiple places....in discussion w Bryson of what we'd most like to see, how long we had, lodging preferences, and time of year, we did 3 days in the Serengetti and 1 day in Ngorongoro crater, all from Arusha. That wasn't even a direct tour offering, it just matched the places we wanted to see, the animals, and a desire to hit the great migration. What you see will depend on time of year, luck, etc., but as a running total we saw: Leopard (very far away but you could see the head up in a pile of rocks) Lions: dozens, including males, females, and even babies 2 cheetahs 1 serval cat Maribou storks secretary birds tons of flamingoes and vultures various eagles ostriches warthogs wildebeest zebra multiple antelope species crocodiles hippoes elephants cape buffalo hyena (also heard at night--solitary hyenas make a really cool "awwwww...ooop!" call that was really surprising) jackals giraffes and i am sure I forgot a few, but the safari is really incredible--you'll see more animals than you'd ever guess from being someplace as developed and fragmented as America, and the scale of size is hard to imagine--elephants are big in a circus, but elephants that are clearly taller than your safari jeep are something else entirely..... Safari Soles seems to be a somewhat mid-sized, mid-priced outfitter, and I have not worked with a bunch of other players, but I really, truly liked working with everyone at Safari Soles, and if I were to get back to Tanzania, I would book them again, in a heartbeat. I honestly couldn't have been happier with them. We don't review a lot, we're lazy. But we try to believe in Karma, and giving credit where credit is due--we put out feelers with several outfitters and chose Safari Soles for price and reviews, and as I said, I could not be happier with that choice--they totally earned the high marks they have in tripadvisor. And as a side note, Isaac and Bryson both have standing invites if they ever need a place to hang in the US, which we do for even fewer people. Again, they really were the best....

Amazing experience - We booked a 4 day safari ( Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro ) and a tour to materuni waterfall with Safarisoles. To start off: the communication with Bryson was very transparant and fast. It was my first safari booking so I was very careful and called Bryson multiple times, he replied and took al my worries away. They picked us up at the Arusha airport, even though our flight was at midnight. The safari: it was fantastic! our guide Isaack was a very experienced and calm guide. The drives between national parks went really smooth, he is a very safe driver ( which can not be said of most drivers in Tananzia ). He showed and thought us everything. He went far and beyond to make sure we saw the big five. We could ask Isaack everything, and he always wanted to help and assist. His knowledge of the animals and plants of the park was amazing. Also a work of thanks to cook Dennis made the best dishes. Going from quiche to lasagna and local dishes. He was a magician. We would recommend to book a safari with Safarisoles and Isaack as your guide!

Excellent value for the price - Safari Soles tailored an excellent private, budget 4-day tour to Serengeti and Ngorongoro with pick-up in Arusha and drop-off in Mwanza. Prior to the tour, the company was quick, flexible and responsive to all our requests and preferences via Whatsapp. In Arusha, we were picked up by the team at our hotel. Our guide, Chadi, was knowledgeable, experienced in safaris and had a pleasant personality. Chef Sule cooked delicious, varied and filling meals with suitable drinks for us all days taking into consideration that one of us is vegetarian and doesn't eat onion. Together, they took care of all issues and ensured that we had a comfortable, entertaining and relaxing experience. Our tent accommodation was great and the public campsites were acceptable (nothing that the company can do anything about). The car was relatively old, lacked one seatbelt and had an issue with the door (which Chadi fixed during the tour). All in all, excellent value for the money and highly recommended to others!
