Arusha to Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - The safari adventure begins at 8 AM with a hotel pick-up in Arusha. Once everyone is on board, the journey to Serengeti National Park commences. The 240 km drive takes approximately 6 hours. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the day-long game drive. The exciting day concludes with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

Central Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - Guests can either enjoy a leisurely breakfast and depart for a full-day game drive around 9:00 AM with a packed lunch, returning to the lodge in the late afternoon around 6:00 PM, or they can embark on an early morning game drive at 6:00 AM. Afterward, they return to the accommodation for breakfast, relax for a bit, and then depart on an afternoon game drive with a packed lunch. Today, the central portion of Serengeti National Park will be explored. The legendary Serengeti is renowned for its incredible population of lions and leopards. The central area, known as Seronera, is one of the park’s richest wildlife habitats. With a picnic lunch during the full-day game drive, the day will conclude around 5 PM. The long day ends with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast, a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park is scheduled. Later, depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch. Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest collapsed volcanic crater, spans fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. Surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes, the crater floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters around 30,000 animals. The eventful day concludes with a hearty dinner and a restful night at your accommodation.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Ngorongoro Conservation Area - On the final day of the safari, an early start is planned. After a quick breakfast, descend into the crater floor around 6:30 AM. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera, with a massive floor of about 260 sq km and a depth of over 2000 feet. The 5-hour game drive on the crater floor offers plenty of animal action, so keeping the camera ready is highly recommended. The African elephant, buffalo, black rhino, hippos, hyenas, cheetahs, and lions are abundant. After a picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo pool, a steep ascent to the top exit of the crater begins. This marks the last leg of the safari, with a 4-hour drive back to Arusha. Guests will be dropped off at their preferred location in Arusha by 6:00 PM. With an incredible experience and many cherished memories, it’s time to bid farewell to the team.
