From Taormina, we will head towards Catania and then take the motorway to Palermo, passing through the heart of Sicily with its captivating scenery.

About an hour before reaching Palermo, we will come across Cefalù, a charming seaside village with a historic center known for its narrow streets paved with beach pebbles and limestone from the Rocca di Cefalù.

We will visit the Cathedral, initiated in 1131 by the Norman King Roger, where the interior is adorned with Byzantine mosaics from the 1200s, featuring the image of Christ Pantocrator in the apse. We will stroll along the entire Main Street, Corso Ruggero, and admire the beauty of the medieval wash house.
