Recommended. Definitely to be redone - Everything is perfect. The skipper Sergio really nice nice helpful and competent. The boat was really nice and the ride was nice The guys did more than an hour of snorkeling in the areas that the Skipper himself is recommended is indicated as the most beautiful

Disappointing, overpriced boat trip which didn't deliver what was advertised - So disappointed in this trip not working out and Gabriele not getting back in contact with us to resolve the issues. We were on our honeymoon and booked this private boat trip as our one big treat, and we were really sad to learn we seem to have had a very different experience to many of the people who left reviews. Firstly, our skipper was nice, but he didn't introduce himself and spoke barely any English. This meant he told us the names of the stops but didn't tell us any information at all about them. We were hoping to learn a lot on the trip and hear lots of local legends and history about Taormina but unfortunately there was nothing. Even if he had tried to use google translate this would have been welcomed but there was no effort made. He spent the majority of the boat trip speaking on his phone and didn't seem to want to talk to us, which made it very awkward. Secondly, we weren't offered water at all in the 4 hours, and were only offered prosecco or beer once, and we had to ask if we could have a top-up rather than it being offered to us. The appetizers were a small tray of little bread rolls put out with no explanation of what they were, and was not the 'variety of sicilian appetizers' that is says on the website. This didn't feel it at all matched the €350 cost of the trip to have two glasses of prosecco and some bread we could buy from the supermarket. Finally, there was no offer of Sicilian fishing as is advertised on the website and no music played on the boat at all. All in all, we felt that we just spent 4 hours stopping at places to swim, and then sitting in silence on the boat while the skipper was on his phone. What made it even more disappointing was passing other boat trips that had their drinks being poured, hearing them getting lots of information, music playing and having lots of fun. We purposely chose not to do a group tour because we thought a private one would be a once in a lifetime treat but sadly this was not the case and we feel let down by the experience which was meant to be the highlight of our honeymoon. When I sent this all to Gabriele to try and resolve the issues, he initially came back to me offering to talk but then eventually he started ignoring my messages and refused to come back to me. It's really unfortunate a business would operate like this - we recommend booking with a more reliable company.

Total let down - Wouldn’t recommend this company at all. I tried booking weeks in advance and received no information or contact from the company. I then called at least 7 times closer to the time to try and arrange a private boat hire, to which they did pick up and was promised further information/details, to which I got no follow up each time. Colossal waste of time and ultimately very disappointing as we missed out on a boat trip.
