Godfather tour - Our guide Alessio was fantastic. So knowledgeable about all three movies and locations plus local history. Made all parts of the journey and walk through locations so interesting and fun.

Godfather Tour - An amazing afternoon visiting where the Godfather was filmed and given great information and insight by our tour guide. Ample of photos opportunities with great scenery. Definitely worth a visit and would recommend this tour

Must for "the godfather" fan - Trip was fascinating, good explanation, matching movies on the iPad, on the way back Andrea sang godfather music on the bus to complete the trip. Recommended

A beautiful scenic tour - A fantastic little tour of beautiful Savoca and Forza d'Agrò with a wonderful guide Isobel. Two beautiful villages with amazing views. You don't really need to be a fan of the movie to enjoy the tour. Isobel the guide explained much more about Sicily and the villages than just the movie elements.

A Must tour if you are in Taormina - Great tour. Allow you to see not only the cinema locations, even to learn about was the living of little towns of this part of Sicily 30-40 years ago. The guide (Christie), really amazing - a very knowledged person. It’s a must of you visit Taormina!

Good tour for film fans but also people who want to see traditional Sicilian villages. - Our guide Isabella was very informative and gave information on both the movie locations and the history of the towns which was nice. Definitely worth it to see the film locations but also the beautiful traditional villages. Pick up and drop off were easy from main Taormina bus station. If you like the godfather films then do it or even if you don’t but want to visit two traditional Sicilian villages then do the tour, it has something for everyone. Only advice I would give is that you don’t have enough time in each village to sit and eat, only a drink so if you join the tour in the afternoon at 2:55pm like I did then eat before but if you can wait then eat in Taormina after like I did as you get back about 7:45pm depending on traffic.

Great tour guide Isabella! 👍 - The tour guide Isabella is a real gem, very caring, polite and skilled person, also the bus driver Tonino was absolutely brilliant, driving in Sicily can be very challenging, he kept us all safe, thank you both for a lovely little tour and real Sicilian experience! I will definitely do it again! 😘😘

Ok but could be better - It was good to see the bar in Savoca, from the film, but our guide didn’t have much information on any of the sites. Disappointing guide but I’m still glad I saw Savoca. The 2nd site wasn’t really worth the extra coach journey.

Cancelled Last Minute for us. So sad. - Sadly, we did not get to experience this tour as it was cancelled the day before due to a low number of participants signed up. We did not get the message due to being on vacation at the time until the date of the tour and it was too late to book something else. Because of a lack of car and public transportation to some Of the towns on the tour, we could not even attempt these sites on our own. Very disappointing.

No Assistance, No Empathy for missed Tour - We never made the tour due to very poor communication and apathy of the tour operator. We used google maps for the designated area for pickup, arrived 10 minutes before departure, and called the tour operator to inquire about the pickup. She said we were not in the specific spot but offered no help in getting us to their specific spot. She said she would call me back after talking with the driver but never did. I called her back and she said matter of factly, the driver could not wait and has gone. Offered no assistance and no empathy, just hung up on me. This is a shame because I have used Viator for many tours and have had great experiences with both the tour operators and Viator personnel. I’ve been denied restitution by Viator due to the tour operator not agreeing to any fault. Unfortunately this will cause me to look at other ways to book my tours in the future.
