Big river raft trips 'racecourse' - Big river raft trips was the best. They took photos of us from the shore, let us swim, gave us snacks, joked the whole time, and the guides were so helpful and friendly, they even got everyone to sing me happy birthday. Miguel "Miggs" was the best. 🫶

A great experience for all ages! - We had a wonderful time on our rafting excursion with Jessie! We had a range of 4 years old to 67 years old and we all had a blast! Great experience for all of us and everything was so easy. Would most certainly do this again!

- This Racecourse Trip was AMAZING from start to finish! We went for the 5:00 trip. It had been raining on and off all day and we were hoping not to get our trip canceled due to the rain. We went and met our river guide, Madz. She was wonderful guide. Our party was my husband (72), our grandson (15) our granddaughter (11) and myself (72). We had signed up for the Float Trip thinking that would suit our age group best, as we were all able bodied but not experienced on the river, haha. Madz said the rain had caused the river to be deeper and faster and she thought we would enjoy the Racecourse trip more, as the float trip is very little "action". We took her up on the Racecourse suggestion, and boy were we glad we did! It was a lot of action in the rapids, and she was an excellent guide and instructor. During the quiet slow river times we spotted a blue heron, a night heron, a muskrat, and some river otters, Madz told us that 5:00 trip was a better time for spotting wildlife. We were thrilled! We stopped at one point for a stone skipping contest and again for a snack break. Madz guided us through Class 1, Class 2, and Class 3 rapids. She gave us history and interesting facts about the river along the way, too. It was a trip that none of us will ever forget! Thanks Madz, and Big River Raft Trips!

Lower water level, still class 1-3 rapids and fun - Jesse was a wonderful river guide with 13 seasons of experience. We felt safe, and calm, and learned many things along the trip. Other tour groups seemed to have less seasoned guides from what I could see.

A Lot of Fun! - This was my first time, and it was a lot of fun! Ben was our guide. We left the visitor center a little before 1. He clearly explained the expectations on the trip. The trip was five miles. Wished there were more rapids during the last 1.5 mile. Had chips, salsa, cookies, and drinks provided during our break. If you want to have the best photos, suggest you stay in the front or on the left side.
