The Exclusive Kuala Lumpur Tour

The region of Cameron Highlands was first uncovered in 1885 by William Cameron, a British government surveyor. While on a mapping quest, he stumbled upon a ‘Beautiful plateau gently sloping, enclosed by higher mountains’ as he was carving a route through thick forest. Sir Hugh Low, a resident of Perak, was the first one to propose the idea of establishing a hill station in the area in 1888. He believed it could serve as a perfect spot for a getaway and agricultural land.

However, significant progress did not happen for a considerable period of time. More than four decades elapsed from Cameron’s initial discovery until 1925, when Sir George Maxwell visited the region. It was then that the decision to transform the area into a hill station was made.

Beautiful day - Mr. Simba accompanied us on this beautiful day. He accompanied us to the Honda Bene Farm, Butterfly Farm (the only flaw was the conditions of some animals, especially the guinea pigs and sheep), Flower and Cactus Farm. The most beautiful part came at the moment of the Cameron Highlands, truly unique. We recommend trying their teas, the lemon grass and lemon and honey ones are delicious. The stop to meet the aborigines and the small waterfall surrounded by typical stalls was very pleasant. Thank you for these beautiful memories!

Great time in Cameron Highlands - We have booked a private tour to Cameron Highlands from KL with Divine Holidays. Even though initially we were wondering whether opting for a one day tour would be the best choice instead of spending the night in the Highlands, we have had a great experience and we do not regret at all our decision - all this especially due to our guide, Mr Gana. Very punctual, knowledgeable of the area, kind and flexible he has ensured that we have seen the best of what the Cameron Highlands had to offer. We recommend this tour with all confidence.

Very enjoyable day - We wanted to see more of the Malaysian countryside and had the most enjoyable day with our guide Ravi. He gave us very interesting information throughout the day, and looked after us all along. We loved the scenery, the plants, rose garden visit to the tea plantation. I would recommend this to anyone who has a free day.

Great day tour with very knowledgable guide! - We did a day tour to Cameron Highlands from Kuala Lumpur with Mr Ravi. He was punctual, very friendly and highly knowlegeable - not only about the Highlands, bit about Malaysia in general. We really enjoyed our stay at the tea farm - the other stops on the road, however, weren't as interesting & the ride is very long - 4h each way. Looking forward, we'd recommend staying at the tea plantation longer and reducing the other stops. Overall a nice experience!
