Best Carara tour in Costa Rica! - We had an amazing visit to Carara with Govana! She was as knowledgeable as anyone could be, found all the animals we asked about and some extras along the way. Her enthusiasm and excitement for the natural environment is contagious and Costa Rica is better having her as an ambassador. Recommend this to anyone looking to have a visit to Carara or anywhere she guides. Can say enough good things!

Great time!!! - It was my best day in Costa Rica so far! Ronald and Jairo were so sweet and helpful and very welcoming and they made me feel so safe!!! They became my friends and they showed me so many beautiful places! I would go with them to any other place in Costa Rica because I know I can fully trust them and I really enjoyed my time with them - great people!

Great excursion - Giovana gave us a great tour in the wild. It was very informative. Nice to see all the amials in their own habitat. I would recommend G&R Adventure Tours for sure.

10/10 for birders and solo travel - I could not recommend this tour enough. It was during slow season so I ended up having the tour to myself. Geovanna went above and beyond to show me all of the places to find birds once she knew I was birder. We saw so many species of wildlife and she provided me so many facts about the park, the animals, and the country. I was able to arrange transportation through the tour for an additional fee and she went out of her way to go to a known place to spot Macaws because we didn’t see any in the park. It was an incredible experience, highly recommend.

Incredible day in Carara - We had a fantastic day in the jungle today. If you are also planning a jungle tour in Carara NP, there is only one guide, and that is Ronald. We saw many rare bird species and he took a lot of time for us. He even made it possible for us to meet the macaws. Thank you very much and pura vida from Switzerland!

Nice walk through nature - Geovanna gave us a wonderful tour of this park. We saw so many birds and lizards and insects that we would have never seen without her. We got amazing close ups through her scope! She even made a stop at the crocodile bridge for us to see. She was a pleasure and taught us so much about the animals and the country. Carara guided visit | Great experience - Thanks to our guide Ronald, we had a great time visiting Carara (3.5 hrs). Ronald was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very good at spotting all kinds of species. We had a small group (4 in total) and the park was not crowded. We saw aras, monkeys, tarantulas, moths, bats (white and black), frogs, and many types of birds. The park is stunning. Thanks a lot to Ronald for the great visit, I completely recommend the guided visit!

See Monkeys Up Close! - We had a very nice visit to Carara National Park. Our guide was knowledgeable and very attentive. He knew where to look for the animals, and that was especially important since where we only saw dark green foliage, he spotted a sloth, white faced monkeys, sleeping bats, and even a howler monkey snoozing way up on a tree limb! The animals were at some distance from us, but our guide had a nice scope on a tripod that allowed us to see them close-up and he used it with our cell phones to get great pictures. Viator made it very easy to book this trip, especially since we called the night before to book it!
