Great tour with friendly staff - Had a great experience. Did the 8:30am tour and there was only 3 of us. Saw lots of birds and crocodiles and one crocodile came really close to the boat. Was amazing. I recommend

Amazing Crocodile Tour - The tour was amazing! My tour guide was super friendly and funny and I learned so much about crocodiles. I never expected to see them up so close and there were so many of them! I was blown away. Afterwards, I even got a ride back to the bus station. I highly recommend it, especially since they’re one of the cheapest if you book directly through their website.

Fascinating and Fun Tour - I had always wanted to do a crocodile tour but I’m handicapped and need help getting around.. Jungle Crocodiles Tours was extremely gracious and accommodating and provided a wheelchair to the boat.
Our tour guide, Gustavo was a joy. We were amazed at his ability to spot birds and identify them on our bird guide. We learned a lot and saw a variety of birds including Red McCaws.
Best of all we saw a mother crocodile and her babies. Gustavo was outstanding at finding crocodiles and they slowed the boat snd steered so we were able to get great photos.
The passion of 5he staff was infectious and I highly recommend this tour.

private crocodile tour - If you can i recommend doing this tour solo! i was a solo traveler and i had a blast on this tour!! it was my first time ever seeing a crocodile, the experience i had on this tour was my favorite! my tour guide was funny, knowledgeable, and made me feel safe!…highly recommended this tour !

10/10 would recommend - 10/10 would do it again! It was a fun experience, the big crocodiles come up really close to the boats. The guide, Gustavo was very knowledgeable on the birds and local crocodiles.

Way better than we expected! - Amazing tour. Absolutely better than advertised! Our guide Hansel was super knowledgeable and we saw at least four crocodiles as well as numerous cool birds. But what stood out was the extraordinary scenery. It was unique and stunning. We’re so glad we took this tour!

Great close-up croc tour! - Such a fun activity for our last day to break up some travel! Our guide was great and knew a ton about the crocs and birds we saw. We were in a really small group and asked a lot of questions, and he was able to spot a ton of crocs, big and small! If you like birds, this is also a great activity because there’s a ton of ones on the river and they give you a really nice little guidebook to refer to.
We were concerned about the polluted water, but our guide mentioned that they had large volunteer crews that would clean up the trash a few times a month, which was great to hear that they make an active effort to clean and maintain the river. Would definitely recommend!

Lots of crocs and beautiful birds - Seeing the crocodile eat a cow. The guide was knowledgeable and interesting. Boat was spacious. Had lunch in restaurant after the trip. Be sure and order ahead

Great family oriented experience! - Steven was a great guide. He was so kind and accommodating to my 4 year old daughter who insisted on assisting with the tour and identifying all the birds. The area was beautiful and we definitely saw crocodiles! This was one of the more enjoyable experiences we had in the Jaco area.

Great trip - The whole experience was great. They stayed in touch with me to adjust the schedule to the weather conditions, pointed out lots of crocodiles and birds and lots of interesting information. Our tour guide, Steven, I think was friendly and knowledgeable and the skipper was good too. They were also clearly environmentally aware and responsible towards the fauna.
