Convenient and pleasant boat trip - We got the water taxi to Caleras because we wanted to visit the marina and had not been able to find a bus that went there from where we were based. It is a short trip by sea and we enjoyed it, the crew were friendly.

Water Taxi 👌🏻 - Really good fun, short trip more exciting that the bus. Staff friendly highly recommend at least one trip 👍🏻 we used it twice with a toddler he loved the glass bottom

Smooth ferry with entertainment! - We planned to travel by taxi ferry to Puerto Carmen and visit a nice restaurant for my sons birthday. The journey was smooth, drinks available but the best thing was the entertainment. The "Captain" was a feisty lady who threatened to make us walk the plank if we didn't smile. We laughed so much we forgot to look at the scenery.

Just book and enjoy - Had a super time. A must do when in lanzarote. The girl guiding us n th boat trips was excellent. Not very confident on deep water but wasn't a worry once I boarded

Lovely day trip on market day - Lovely trip to visit the market and restaurants. Funny crew and great way to explore the little marina. Great lunch options.

Only if it's calm! - We'd previously walked between Calero and Carmen but felt we should give the water taxi a go. It seemed expensive (€18 return) for such a short journey but hey, you only live once. The crew were great. The boat was clean. It was also deserted apart from us two passengers. This was the first giveaway that all was not well. The second giveaway was when our water taxi left the safety of Calero harbour and felt the full force of an angry ocean. It was a rough journey. I thought it was brilliant but my poor wife found it utterly wretched. If you've left your sea legs at home remember this is nothing like sailing on the Med. We opted to walk the return journey.

Ok but expensive - Ok for a short trip,but a bit expensive for what you see from the boat,if the were 3 of you you can get a taxi from Carmen cheaper.

The ride was good. Organization but chaotic - The ride itself was nice, crew very nice. But the organization that day was chaotic. So we wanted to drive from Puerto Calero to Puerto del Carmen at 11.00 am. There is a kiosk where tickets for Waterbus and various excursions are sold. Shortly after 11.00 am, the lady from this kiosk informed her that the ride was not taking place at 11.00 am. So we'll have to wait until 12 noon. At 12.20 pm, the lady said she doesn't know if Waterbus is coming, although she continued to sell tickets diligently. Now at 12.35pm finally came waterbus with a total delay of 95 minutes. But the ride was nice but with 25 minutes short - you knew that in advance. Timetable is one, actual departure times and lack of information or communication - something completely different.

Trip was eventually ok afterr a very late pick up - Booked the taxi for 10am. Didnt arrive until 10.45am without any explanation of why it was late. Once on board the journey was fine and the captain was very entertaining. The destination was good to as it was market day

A rip off - Trip started one and a half late. When I complained in email to company they were not interested Nothing to see on trip of 20 minutes.Very expensive -11 euros each .Take the bus at a fraction of the price.
