Located in the valley of the Matterhorn and surrounded by the imposing mountains of the Swiss Alps, at 1,620 metres above sea level, this picturesque village nestled in a unique natural environment - Riffelsee - After an easy 10-15 minute walk we arrive at Lake Riffelsee, located at an altitude of 2,757 metres. From this alpine lake you can enjoy one of the most iconic photos of Switzerland with the Matterhorn in front, reflected in its icy waters.
- Gornergrat - Gornergletscher, the second longest glacier in the Alps, shows off its eternal ice, dotted with small lakes that form each year along its impressive tongue of ice.
- Zurich - Time to return to Zurich. Before returning we will have 2 free hours to eat and shop and gather energy for the tiring return trip.
