- The boat has heated handrails and spray jackets are provided in cooler months.
- Cameras are welcome but carried at passengers own risk. Video cameras are not permitted for safety reasons.
- All children must be at least 3 feet (1 meter) tall to participate

I'd have added photo but... - I'd have added photo but it was really wet so didn't take phone. But was told there was a glitch with computers so no photos to purchase. They were going to email them to me but not recieved any yet.

Worth every penny - 3rd time in ~20 years and still the most fun and exciting experience.
Amazing to power along the river in the most beautiful scenery whilst also filling your pants with how close you are to the trees, rocks etc.
Best view going of the Falls themselves and the driver (and guide) is very informative too.
A must do for any Taupō visit.

Great Huka Falls jet boat ride - Had a fabulous jet boat ride today. Our driver Arthur made the whole experience not only thrilling but his knowledge of Huka Falks was amazing. We were fortunate to have a lovely person on reception who ensured that we had the best seats up front with Arthur. Absolutely recommend this as a must do while in Taupo!

Brilliant exhilarating fun! - This is one of the best things we did on our trip to the North Island. Tee our driver was amazingly skilled and entertaining. The scenery was beautiful, and seeing the falls from below was breathtaking. The photos were also a great momento.

Definitely book!! - Always a great time! Definitely a must do experience when in Taupō. Chilly in winter, so don’t forget to rug up!

Highlight activity - The highlight of my NZ trip! Huka falls jet was so much fun, an adrenaline rush and the drive Lylli was really informative with a great sense of humour. I went with my mum who was rather apprehensive about the jet boat but loved it!

A must do once in a lifetime experience. - Our guide was very knowledgeable, a slick driver, and a lot of fun. Here's a tip if you up the back on the left side of the boat wear a raincoat.

Terrible - Customer service was a 1/10, we were mucked around from 11:30-1:30pm, we stared at our feet the entire ride because the rain was hitting our faces like 1000 knives.
