Great trip on the Jet Boat Ride - Such an exciting trip. I went with my three youngest daughters who were all nervous but we all absolutely loved it! It was thrilling, the scenery was great and the pilot of the boat, Ricky, was great. She was really funny and kept us entertained, as well as giving us some amazing facts about the Huka Falls. We got thoroughly soaked which added to the experience!

There were shrieks and screams galore from the passengers as our pilot (Steve) sped up close to the falls and span the boat around a number of times - very skilfully. I can’t recommend this highly enough - what a thrill.

After a quick safety briefing, we were off, zooming across the crystal-clear waters of Lake Taupo toward the mighty Hukafalls. The jet boat expertly weaved through narrow river channels, creating heart-racing 360-degree spins and skimming just inches from the river’s edge. The power and agility of the boat were incredible, and the thrill of flying past dramatic cliff faces with spray in the air had us grinning from ear to ear.
