A must see event!! - We had a kayak trip with a visit to the glow worm cave as well as a visit to the hot springs. The whole experience was unbelievably amazing! I highly recommend this as long as you can paddle a kayak for sustained amounts of time.

Fabulous - Fabulous experience. I had a perfect experience kayaking, seeing the gloworms and relaxing in the hot pools. Aaron was an amazing guide and we kayaked past beautiful scenery. The gloworm cave was a highlight. Double kayaks made the experience accessible for everyone snd we did the 10 km adventure easily. If you get the opportunity to take this your - just do it.

It’s just a lake - We did the canoe version, not by choice, it was just the one we ended up with after booking the tour. Couple of points, 1) it just a lake. 2) you’ll be looking at some ducks and trees (see point 1). 3) if you’re not skinny or small (I’m 6’2” 240lbs) and end up at the back or front of the boat it’s very narrow so you’re going to be quite uncomfortable hour or two. Five stars for the tour guides. Great people. Engaging. Friendly. They’re top tier.

Beautiful but……… - The lake was amazing. Very serene and amazingly beautiful. Guides were also awesome. Only drawback was this was not the kayaking trip that I expected. It was a large canoe that held all 12 of the guests. I would prefer to have a kayak of my own. For that reason I would not recommend.

Not what was advertised - We signed up for a kayak tour, what we got was a large canoe that held 8 other couples. We had to paddle with a heavy oar. Paddling on a kayak would have been much easier and more fun. That being said, the tour guides were wonderful and knowledgeable and insightful. The canyon area was beautiful but since it was daytime we didn’t see glow worms, but this trip wasn’t adversitied to see them so that was expected. If we’d have had kayaks I’d give this 5 stars.
