• Jvari Church - The journey begins with a visit to the Jvari Monastery, dating back to the 6th-7th centuries. This site offers breathtaking views of the ancient city of Mtskheta, Georgia’s former capital.

• Stalin Museum - After soaking in the beauty, we head to Gori, a small provincial town made famous by I.V. Stalin (Dzhugashvili). Here, we’ll explore his house-museum, including the house where he was born and his armored carriage. A museum guide will share fascinating stories from Stalin’s life.

• Uplistsiche Cave Town - Our adventure continues to Uplistsikhe, an ancient city of priests and slaves from the first millennium BC. This stone city, with its cave grottoes, once teemed with life. We’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at a cozy restaurant before moving on.

• Mtskheta - Next, we’ll visit the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, the second-largest church in Georgia and the heart of the Georgian church. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to taste local wine, wine ice cream, sweets, and purchase souvenirs.
