Great traditional cooking experience with a local! - This cooking class was great! Ria (the instructor) has a fantastic attitude and is open to any questions you may have about the dishes or her background in general. It makes for a truly unique experience. Her vast knowledge and “life hacks” when preparing both dishes is not something you would get out of a cookbook. It is well worth the money and she will do everything she can to make you feel welcome. A great experience all around! Madloba!

The most interesting place in Tbilisi - A great place to learn how to make real city khinkali, completely handmade! A very hospitable and qualified hostess, not only as a cook, but also as a teacher. Many people know how to cook, few people know how to teach. Here they will teach you exactly, I definitely recommend it for everyone who loves to cook. A separate bonus is Adjarian-style khachapuri, for the first time I tried the real thing, and not from a cafe, a completely different matter!

I made khinkali myself! - I learned how to cook khinkali and khachapuri in Adjara “from scratch”! The very hospitable hostess does everything to create home comfort. She shares the secrets and tricks of preparing each dish. It feels like you can learn to cook, even if you didn’t even know how to make scrambled eggs before :) No one is above your soul. By the end of the evening, you feel like a pro in the kitchen :) All this takes place in a very warm, homely atmosphere with a glass or two of homemade Georgian wine. Very warm, very soulful!

Незабываемая поездка а Грузию - Amazing culinary evening in Tbilisi. Our guide Valeri met us and took us to an incredibly comfortable apartment to his relative, where you immediately feel at home. Irina turned out to be a very hospitable, kind and sincere person with an amazing sense of humor. Under the guidance of our mentor, we prepared two famous Georgian dishes - khinkali and khachapuri, after which we ourselves tried it all, it was incredibly tasty. Next, a pleasant surprise awaited us. Our guide organized for us a wonderful wine tasting in the best wine cellar in Tbilisi and a short walking tour of the old city, absolutely free. Thanks to 4 hours spent together with Valeri, we learned a lot of interesting and useful information about this beautiful country, its people, cuisine and wine. We are happy! Thank you Georgia!
