- Rike Park - Rike Park is the newest recreational area in Tbilisi, located on the left bank of the Kura (Mtkvari) River. It has quickly become a favorite spot for both locals and tourists, especially families, during the summer. The park is easy to find, with its main entrance situated at the beautiful pedestrian ‘Bridge of Peace’. It offers various entertainment options, including singing and dancing fountains, an artificial climbing wall, a children’s maze, a mega-chess board, footpaths, and quiet corners. - Meidan Bazaar - Originally named ‘Tsikhismoedani’ or Fortress Square, this area was located in front of the fortress. The Persians, who held the fortress for a long time, were commonly referred to as ‘Tatars’ by the locals, leading to the square being renamed Tatar Maidan, and sometimes Sheitan-bazar. It was the main trading square in Tbilisi, where one could buy almost anything, from food and drinks to gold and silver items.
- Shardeni Street - Shardeni Street is one of the most popular and picturesque streets in Tbilisi. No visitor to Georgia leaves without strolling down this famous pedestrian street.
