Highlights
  • Jinvali Water Reservoir - Delight from Georgian landscapes
The road from Tbilisi to Kazbegi runs along the picturesque gorge of the Aragvi River: The first stop at one of the dams of the Zhinvali reservoir:
You will admire its turquoise smooth surface and learn about the origin and role of this reservoir.

  • Ananuri Fortified Castle Ensemble - The journey also includes the beautifully preserved fortress of Ananuri of the 16th century: behind its powerful walls, the stories of local rulers - Aragwa eristavs - are waiting for you.

  • Pasanauri - In addition, you will find the confluence of two rivers (White and Black Aragvi),

  • Gudauri - breathtaking views at the Arch of Friendship

  • Gudauri - unusual mineral spring resembling a golden river.

  • Mount Kazbek/ Mqinvartsveri - Gergeti Church
You surely saw such postcards: an ancient monastery standing on a hill on a background of snow-capped mountains. For these species in reality, you will go to the village of Stepantsminda at the foot of Kazbek. And there you will transfer to jeeps to climb to the “monastery behind the clouds”, sung in the poems of Pushkin.

Great experience - Excellent day trip to Kazbegi. Gudauri Church is simply in a wonderful place. Very beautiful, majestic rocks around. I would like to stay longer) I recommend, of course, to spend several nights there. The guide Konstantin worked on our tour; he speaks excellent English and Russian. He told different stories and features about the area. Thank you!

Amazing wondeful trip - We went on this all-day trip in a minibus. Our guide was Rolan a very talented professional with wide background, education, experience, and encyclopedic knowledge of history. The tour was in English and Russian languages. Rolan guided us to every small aspect of the trip, we enjoyed him a lot. As he is kind, friendly, good English and Russian speaking guide, has in-depth knowledge of every subject thing, and most important an excellent man. This was an amazing trip to a beautiful mountain covered with snow, valleys, and rivers, the experience of enjoying the local culture, honey, and wine testing. Of course, this tour and similar ones is highly recommended.

Kazbegi - The tour was simply an amazing experience and we were simply in awe of all the place we saw especially Kazhbegi. We take some fond memories in our pix and may want to come back in future. Full marks to our tour guide Nina for her exuberance and good knowledge of the places. She was very cooperative and managed our group very well. Our van driver Gurami was also very good at his job and drove safely.

You see a lot in one day! - Our guide, Nino, was excellent. She was really nice and kept us entertained. She is very knowledgeable about Georgian history, culture, and geography. The sites were very impressive. We left late, so I recommend to Ushba travel that you require everyone to arrive at 8:30 am and not 9:00 am. Then for sure, the tour will leave on time at 9:00 am. It's a very long day, and staying on schedule is important.

They didn't explain well and they are the one get angry - You need to search first before you go in this travel agency because they will not help you to where you like, and also the agent is angry because you don't know anything in Georgia. Atleast they explain it properly. My tour is nice but upset and Mad because the one we wanted is not include but they said it is. I also bring friends so we can go all but want we get is heartbreak. Still Im not yet recover how they make me fool and not complete my tour in Georgia.
