Mtskheta is the ancient capital of Georgia - There are still amazing impressions of Mtskheta and beautiful monasteries. Thank you to tour guide Anna for the fascinating story

First day in the capital - We completed this on out first day in the capital. It's a must try in my opinion. The tour provides you with insight on where to go around the city. The staff are absolutely amazing; they also helped us prepare some activities for later.

WST's Red Line City Tour is a must. Excellent company for other full-Day Trips too. - This Red Bus Tour is highly recommended for first time visitors to Tbilisi. It gives you an excellent feel for the city, sights, and attractions you should explore along the way. You can hop on the bus at 8:30AM and get off/on at each of the stops. We were highly impressed with how professional WST was and ended up taking also the Green-line tour on another day as well as 4 of their full-day trips outside Tbilisi. Very professional Guides. Personable. Friendly and fun tours with Anna, Galina, Stephen, and Giorgy on different trips. They all spoke fluent English and Russian which me and my GF needed and I wrote about those trips in separate reviews too.

Great service, Great Value, A+ - Great value for money and super convenient. If you get the extra 24 hours for a total of 48 hours, you can cover all the major attractions in Tbilisi. The schedule is perfect and the bus is very comfortable. The staff at the main office are very helpful and friendly. I was traveling with my old parents and it worked out really well for me because we didn't have to walk around much and were still able to see everything. I highly recommend this option to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

This tour is probably for... - This tour is probably for those with some knowledge of Tbilisi. We were on the bus and were given headphones to listen to history as we drove past. While I appreciate that riding on a bus to view the city has its challenges, I feel the experience was very underwhelming. The audio guide did not provide much information to enable us appreciate the structures that were being described. I was left to try to figure everything out on my own, most times not sure I was actually seeing what was being talked about. Though it’s described as ‘hop-on and hop-off, there was no formal explanation to say when to hop-off. Stops were announced but not sure if the bus would wait or we would have to find our way if we ‘hopped-off’. The entire tour ended in about an hour, give or take. Which makes the idea of paying for 24/48hr access not entirely practicable. Having said all that, you get a good view of the city and the advantage of doing this while seated if you don’t fancy walking. I would recommend doing a walking tour instead, to better appreciate the city and its beauty.

it was mediocre - if you are in the city for more than 1 day, then you shouldn't take a bus tour, everything on the red line can be covered in 1 day

Not value for money - this is a small trip as the city is small. It's costly as per the location. You can take bus and explore the entire city or hire cab for city trip
