The tasting includes 4 wines: 2 from white grape varieties and 2 from red, made using various technologies - European and traditional Georgian - Qvevri. We also provide the best accompaniment with Georgian cheeses.

We engage with our customers daily, and we recognize the significance of discovering your most-loved wine. We’ll guide you on how to converse about wine, fostering understanding and appreciation too.

We’ll be sampling wines from a specific region and grape variety, with differing production methods being the only variance. This will provide you an opportunity to discern the impact of conventional Georgian wine production techniques on the wine’s taste, scent, and appearance.

You will sample two white grape wines (one produced traditionally and another using the qvevri method which boasts of an 8000-year-old heritage) along with two red wines from the Saperavi variety.

Concepts like Qvevri, chacha, wine aging, ring - we’ll delve deep into the vastness of Georgian wine culture.
