Absolutely fabulous - Wow! What a beautiful evening. Adam and Meg were amazing from the moment we walked onto the pier. We were given the very interesting history of the boat of which Adam really wants to continue its legacy. What a fascinating past it has had. We had flowing drinks and canapés as we gently crossed the lake as the sails were hoisted. The absolute treat was Adam playing the bagpipes out on the water. We felt like we were treated as friends along with a couple we met on board. Would recommend this to anyone. Definately on your to do list.

Historic boat and great skipper/crew - Totally relaxed cruise with wine and canapés in the company of Adam and Meg who are excellent hosts and guides. Windy day on the lake and we were fortunate to be the only two on board but skipper and crew could not be better. Really interesting motor yacht and fabulous scenery to just cruise by and relax to.

Magical evening on Lake Te Anau - We have just returned from a magical evening on board Faith with Adam and Meg. This had the feel of an evening chatting with friends about the beautiful boat we were lucky enough to be sailing on, definitely nothing like the standard commercial trips otherwise available. We enjoyed complimentary wine and delicious canapés whilst on board and the peace and quiet to revel in the incredible views all around us. We simply cannot recommend this trip highly enough - thank you Adam and Meg for making our first evening in Fiordland so memorable!

A wonderful experience - At 90 years young, Faith is going strong……what a lovely boat and such a passionate crew. Adam and Nina looked after us extremely well. Drinks, canapés, a history talk, a beautiful lake, putting up the sails, a tour below deck… they covered it all and made it a special evening. Thank you for sharing your passion and treasured vessel with us.

Enjoyed it from start to finish. - Probably the most fun we've had this holiday. We booked the cruise as it sounded interesting and to do something in the evening but our experience went way beyond that. We were welcomed aboard by Adam the skipper and Meg who explained roughly what we would be doing and then set sail. Drinks were served and we cruised across the lake and cut the engines and basically just floated in silence. Meg served delicious canapés and Adam gave us the history of the boat which was absolutely fascinating especially as told in such a quiet, calm, personable way. Those who wanted were given a tour of below decks including the engine room, again fascinating. We then raised the sails but due to lack of wind motored back towards the dock, with the opportunity to help raise the sails and steer for those who wanted to. We were extremely lucky that the weather was glorious and the other couples on the yacht were extremely nice, so it was an extremely sociable evening topped off by Adam playing the bagpipes that also had a fascinating history. I would definitely recommend giving the trip a go, you won't be disappointed.

Sailing on Lake Te Anau with an enthusiastic crew - This cruise was a highlight of our New Zealand trip! You cannot find a more dedicated and delightful crew than Adam, our captain, and Nina. In addition to the champagne/wine and canapes we learned the history of the 1935 boat, helped to hoist and then furl the sales, learned about the engine room while one in our group steered the ship, and generally had a beautiful cruise and then sail across the lake. I would highly recommend this outing and hope to bring more friends to sail if I am in Te Anau again in the future.

A magical MYST DO trip! Don’t miss it! - A truly magical trip. Adam and Megan were extraordinary hosts, both incredibly knowledgeable. Loved hearing about the history of Faith and how she made her way from Scotland all the way to Lake Te Anau. The scenery is simply breathtaking and the nature walk was fascinating. Fizz and food delicious too. This is a MUST do trip….and when you go, make sure you ask Adam to play his bagpipes! Just brilliant all round! Thank you

Don’t miss this! - My husband and I had a great time! The scenery was outstanding, Captain Paul and First Mate Jackie could not have done a better job in showing us the beauty of Lake Teanu. Jackiie’s knowledge of the flours and fauna helped make our hike all that more enjoyable. Cheers to an excellent trip! Thank you both!!
