A great day with Steve, oh and Milford Sound was pretty good too!! - From pick-up to drop off the entire day was amazing. We were picked up at our holiday park accommodation, exactly where our documentation indicated. Steve, our driver & host for the day, greeted us with the warmest NZ welcome. A few other pick-ups along the way, then we were off - heading from Te Anua to Milford Sound. The timing of our arrival into Milford Sound marina was perfect. We were dropped at the the door, then walked straight into the cruise. No waiting or killing time. As we passed through the Marina terminal we were provided with packed picnic lunches (our tour group was one of only a few that were provided with lunch). The cruise itself was amazing, with many waterfalls visible (it had been raining) as well as a display by some dolphins. Images and photos of Milford Sound don't do it justice as it is spectacular when cruising through it. Overall, it was an amazing day. Highly recommend Cheeky Kiwi Travel.

Must do tour to the Milford Sounds - This was a great day out. It was raining during our tour but that didn't stop it from being amazing. We even had snow fall in certain parts and enjoyed the spectacular dolphin pod swimming along with our boat. The bus ride was fantastic too, with endless interesting information about the area during our ride from our very friendly tour guide, who made sure we had plenty of photo stops. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Must do tour to the Milford Sounds - This was a great day out. It was raining during our tour but that didn't stop it from being amazing. We even had snow fall in certain parts. The bus ride was fantastic, with endless interesting information about the area during our ride from our very friendly tour guide. We stayed overnight and got picked up in Te Anau. It halved the bus ride to Milford Sounds which was much better for us. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Fabulous tour! - We picked up the tour from Te Anau where we were staying a few days, which was a great choice since the drive is only half the distance as from Queenstown. Pick up was right on time and location easy to find. The guides were friendly and informative and helpful, even helping take photos of us at some of the stops along the way. While the stops along the way are brief, we never felt rushed. We could have driven ourselves, but it was nice to be able to sit and admire the epic scenery along the way. Great boat tour of the sound—smaller of the boats, but it made for an amazing experience that took us closer to some of the wildlife. We even saw penguins! The provided box lunch was enjoyable, too. A few notes: we went in winter, so the crowds are less…which was great! Second, the seats in the bus are quite narrow and not a lot of leg room (another great reason to pick up from Te Anau rather than Qtown!). Also, if you want to do any of the walks from the road to Milford, driving yourself is the better way to go. Finally, in the back of the shuttle, it was sometimes difficult to hear the guide. But all in all, highly recommend this tour!
