A must do experience! - This was a really fantastic experience with a great host and guide in Karen. Super accommodating and incredibly knowledgeable, Karen gave a great runthrough of the night sky and we even got lucky with a few shooting stars. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and everyone visiting Fuerteventura, an absolute must do and one of the highlights of our trip.

A unique experience not to be missed - We had great evening, lying on out backs in an ancient stone circle, with a guided tour of the stars and clusters above. Enjoyed looking through the telesope at the detail not available to the naked eye. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and loved her subject. I would highly recommend this experience. Thank you Karen

Two shooting stars & more - What a night! I had such a good time from our drive to the site to the evening listening to Karen talking us through the stars, we even saw 2 shooting stars! Then the magic came looking at the stars through the telescope, we also saw Jupiter and it’s dark rings & 4 of its moons that was truly breathtaking! I can’t recommend this event enough for those star lovers out there, even if you’re not it’s a night you won’t forget

Fantastic experience - definitely book this! - We really loved this trip. It was so wonderful to lie in an ancient stone circle and look up at the stars, and be guided through what we were seeing. The laser light that can point out individual stars is incredible. The night photography element was really special too, such a cool photo to have of us with the night sky. Rugs and blankets are provided for everyone so it's cosy, and Karen was a wonderful guide - informative and genuine. This trip was a real highlight of our holiday, I'm so glad we went. I hadn't realised we could be collected from the hotel so that was an unexpected bonus!

Out of this world astronomical experience - awe-inspiring and educational - This experience was excellent, and exceeded my expectations and then some. The guide, Karen, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and you can tell she wants you to get plenty from the experience. It was a nice touch to be able to view things through the telescope, and Karen was able to answer any and all questions put to her by people on the tour. I have had a dream for a long time to be able to see the Andromeda galaxy. I was able to do this with the naked eye and through the telescope, and my phone even picked it up for a photo - result! I highly recommend this trip and will be booking again next time I come back to the island.

Perfect for my wife's birthday - Took my wife here on her birthday yesterday, she absolutely loved it! 40 odd minute drive to the stargazing location from our hotel in Corralejo, you get blankets (it was warm enough that you didn't even need them when we went) and a chance to stargaze through the telescope and and binoculars. You all lie down in an ancient goat stone circle. Very unique experience would highly recommend - Karen is lovely and a great guide!

Absolutely recommended - A very special experience, we did not know how many objects from the universe are visible at night with the naked eye. Our children (10, 12, 14) also really enjoyed it. The clear sky gave us a good view of a number of planets and galaxies. The guide knew a lot about this and showed the most beautiful objects through a telescope. A 'night photo' of our family taken with the telescope is a beautiful memory of this evening.

Unique experience - The communication in advance was very smooth and pleasant. We were given rugs and blankets on site so we could lie down quietly. The explanation was clear and easy to follow for all ages. We see enchanted by all the beauty in the sky.

An awe-inspiring gaze into the cosmos. - During a recent trip to Corrolejo we booked a stargazing evening with Karen @ ''Stars By Night ''. We were picked up by James and taken to a remote area in Los Molinos (approx 30min drive) and along the way our group of 6 chatted and got to know each other. Upon arrival we were greeted by the wonderful Karen who provided us with blankets and mats to allow us to sit or lay down and gaze up in comfort. We then relaxed and let our eyes become accustomed to the darkness as torches were turned off. WOW what a view awaited us as we gazed skyward... it seemed as if every star in the cosmos was withing our view, every direction you looked your eyes are filled with constellations . Karen then began her talk and explained so much about the night sky and what we were looking at, her knowledge and enthusiasm are boundless. using a laser pointer she drew out the constellations and explained the history and mythology behind them all. Giving us a comprehensive appreciation of our view, then we got to use the telescope to observe the gas giants of Jupiter and Saturn, then The Pleiades star cluster (seven sisters) and so much more. All I can say is that if you want to have an amazing and memorable experience whilst on Fuerteventura I suggest you spend a couple of hours in Karen's company and open your mind. 5 Star experience in every way. Thank you Karen, it was so lovely and educational to meet you.
