Thank you, Kareem! - This trip involved a lot of bus time, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our guide Kareem did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed the day. He was witty, and very kind. He gave us some history lessons about Jordan, Petra, and the Wadi Rum as well as information regarding modern life in Jordan. You get to see lots of countryside, rolling hills, mountains, small villages, and even larger towns like Aqaba all from the bus, so I really felt like I paid for a full-day Jordan experience with Petra included. Lunch was delicious. The bus drivers made frequent stops for the bathroom, and grabbing a coffee or snack, even souvenirs. Some free snacks were sprinkled in throughout the day. Overall it was just so nice. Learned so much and can’t wait to return to this beautiful country 🇯🇴

A long day that totally worth it! - If you have the energy for a long day trip but totally worth it as a once in a lifetime experience, you should do it without a blink. Besides the long ride and the crossing border that may take some time, this tour will leave you with a great experience.

Worth the 24h trip! Petra is amazing! - A very long trip of 24h in total but definitely worths it! Petra is amazing, traveling back in time was something unforgettable! You will mainly spent 3h at Petra as there are plenty of stops for toilets, food and souvenirs. Not all that necessary but they always give you the same excuse that people need that if you read the rest of the comments and replies from the operator. Clearly through in all these stops driver is picking up his freebies from the stores. A global thing we all know that happens in these tours. Border in and out was fast. Israel side of borders were a bit miserable and really unhappy, no smile at all! The exact opposite of the Jordanian side with Jordanians welcoming everyone! 120 dollars for all the fees for both countries. Our Jordanian tour guide was excellent who we met on the Jordanian side. We drove from Aqaba all the way to Petra with a souvenir stop before Petra! Souvenirs that you can get cheaper from kids working in front of The Treasury in Petra with a few dollars! Anyhow, the people at the Jordanian souvenir store were so lovely and you can see the desert and Petra from above before you go to the actual site of Petra. While in Petra tour guide explained everything nicely and we had an amazing time with him! Free time in front of Treasury and walk around before we go for the included lunch on a restaurant literally outside of the site of Petra! Be prepared of walking a lot in the heat, so bring hats, umbrellas and water. Luckily it wasn’t that busy that day. Camels in front of the Treasury to take pictures with, were available for 3 dollars. Kids working there and can take your phone and make amazing videos and photos of you in front of the Treasury! I will always be thankful and really broke my heart seeing kids working in such a young age. They definitely worth our money, anyway is just a few dollars! If you want to take pictures from the view point above and across The Treasury is amazing! You can walk it on your own but they constantly harass you to pay and make it almost impossible to go there on your own! Do not pay more than 7 dollars. Also 1 dollar you pay up there on the view point for the Bedouin that lives there and gives you his “space”. Also be aware of the horse rides. It’s free for 200m and then they charge you whatever they want! It’s Jordan and people are struggling financially so they will take any chance to approach you and try to sell you their services. It’s up to you how you will handle that! Nothing dangerous or to be scared of. We are privileged traveling there and these people grew up completely differently. Please give some money to the kids if you want something in front of the Treasury, at least you help some innocent kids trying to make their living. I most definitely recommend this tour if you have limited time and you want to see Petra! One of my best experiences ever and I have travelled all over the world. It makes you tired traveling all these hours but while in Petra you forget all the tiredness. Trip started 2am and came back again in Tel Aviv around the same time a day later.

Petra great… your poor - Petra was of course great and would give 5 stars for it. But the tour experience was bad and finished worse. Main complaint was until we got to Jordan literally no one spoke to us or told us what was happening. It was impossible to relax the first 8 hours because we changed bus eventually 3 times. Only when we got the guide in Jordan did things improve substantially. On the way back again from the Israeli border no information was given. We got on bus but then we got lost. It took us from 7:30pm from security until 4am to reach the drop off point in tel aviv. At no point did the driver tell us what was happening. We had to show passports at a control point. The drive was terrible we kept braking hard and a couple of near misses with other vehicles. No apology, no expected time to arrive and no reason for the delay. Whenever we stopped on Israeli side we just stopped… never told how long we stop for or if we had time to eat or drink. The whole experience from the Jordanian border was perfect though. Informative and super friendly.
