Amazing time! We seen so many orcas, multiple humpbacks and he showed us ecological reserve area among other Areas - James was our guide for this tour..very knowledgeable and was very aware of the various species we came across on this day. As we made our way in concluding the tour he spotted a group of orcas and they were in a playful little group and we went slightly over our time but we were able to see them spy hopping and breaching ….it was a fantastic conclusion to our tour! James definitely is an asset to this company and would not hesitate to go on other tours again in the future! Thank you James!

Orcas and rainbows - James did a fantastic job of getting us a close look at the whales well being respectful of the animals personal space and comfort. He was extremely knowledgeable about whales and enjoyed sharing his knowledge with us as we watched the whales . Great experience even in the rain, tour ended with a rainbow over the orcas ..

Great whale watching trip - We had a great whale watching trip. James was an excellent boatdriver and guide. He explained all the wildlife we saw - humpback, killer whales, sea otters dolphins. Nice trip for family

Wow! What an amazing experience! - We had the most amazing whale watching trip at Telegraph Cove. This trip was on our 5th visit to Canada, and our 6th whale watching tour over that time and we had yet to see orca. Most of our previous tours had gone out of Victoria and we hadn’t always had the best experience, but we’d heard good things about Telegraph Cove. We let our guide, James, know that we were hoping to see orca and while he couldn’t promise this, he said he would try and get us to see them. We appreciate wildlife can’t be guaranteed but kept everything crossed. James took us out to sea and we saw a couple of sea otters pretty much straight away. He then took us to the pod of orca, and we also saw a humpback. The trip followed with lots more looks at orca and humpback, and we saw some porpoises who swam alongside the boat. We saw a few bald eagles too. James gave us one of the best experiences we’ve had whale watching, and made sure everyone on the boat had a chance to see the whales whilst maintaining a safe distance and ensuring we weren’t disturbing the wildlife. He was very knowledgeable of the wildlife and areas we visited. We even stayed out on the water a little longer as we passed some more orca on the way back. We’d 100% recommend Prince of Whales at Telegraph Cove and really enjoyed our trip. Thanks James!

Whale spotting - We went with a zodiac with James. It was beautifull and James did a great job! He knew a lot of the animals we saw. We had a good time and saw lord of animals.

All boxes thicked on this wildlife tour - We had an amazing 3,5h on the water, our great guide James spotted for us (18) killer whales (both residential and memmaleating stealth ones)( 8) humpback whales, (3) sea otters, 3 porpoises, 3 sea lions and Some Bald eagles. Great day with the whales - Toured today with James. Great tour. Provided with suits for warmth which were well needed. James was very knowledgeable. We were lucky to see 3 hump backs and at least 8 Orcas. So exciting. We also saw seals, sea lions , sea otters,bald eagles, Loved the ride on the zodiac. Left on time. No problem recommending James and the tour company.

It was great - It was an incredible experience and we saw 13 killerwhales and 4 humpback whales .Our captain James gave so many informations and all on the boad had fun.All in All it was a great adventure and I would recommend the tour to everybody!!!
