Europa Village Wineries & Resort - Visitors will enjoy a sommelier-led walking tour to explore wines, winemaking, food pairing, and the distinctive features of our European-themed winery resort.

During the walking tour, participants will taste 5 wines, with an additional 3 wines included during the food pairing at the end of the tour.
The tour will include a visit to the Estate Syrah and Graciano vineyards and our modern Production Facility, featuring a bladder press, grape conveyor, and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, to learn about wine cultivation and vinification.
This will be followed by a stroll through our educational experiential vineyard, where grape varieties and the unique Temecula terroir will be discussed. Additionally, there is a special exhibit on cork production and local soils.
Finally, guests will descend into our cave, barrel room, or executive lounge for an educational wine and food pairing, where each guest will receive a personal charcuterie board, chef’s choice appetizer, and a chocolate bite.

The distinctive soils and geographical features that make our valley ideal for premium viticulture will be thoroughly discussed.
As we stroll, guests will enjoy tasting five wines before descending into our new Vienza Cave, the stunning Barcelona Room, or the elegant Palomino Room. Here, a delightful food and wine pairing awaits, featuring three wines paired with a charcuterie board for each guest, a chef’s choice appetizer, and a delectable chocolate nib.
