• Europa Village Wineries & Resort - Guests will be taken on a sommelier-guided walking tour to learn about wines, winemaking, food pairing and the unique qualities of our European themed winery resort.

Along the walking component we will sample 5 wines, with 3 more included with the food pairing at the conclusion of the tour.

We will venture into Estate Syrah and Graciano vineyards and on to our state of the art Production Facility with bladder press, grape conveyor, and temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to learn how wine is grown and vinified.

This will be followed by a walk through our educational experiential vineyard where we will discuss grape varieties and the unique Temecula terroir. Also included is a unique exhibit detailing cork production and local soils.

Finally we will descend into our cave, barrel room or executive lounge for an educational wine and food pairing with each guest receiving a personal charcuterie board, chef’s choice appetizer and chocolate bite.

Join us on an expert sommelier-guided exploration of our immaculate estate vineyards and cutting-edge production site, as you discover how the microclimate of Temecula Valley and our unique winemaking techniques contribute to the exquisite quality of Europa Village wines.

On this journey, we’ll also stop at our educational vineyard where we’re growing over 20 different grape varietals to assess their suitability to our estate.

You will also get a chance to see a cork tree in its natural state and an infographic that explains the cork production process.

Moreover, we’ll examine the distinct soils and geographical characteristics that render our valley a perfect environment for cultivating premium wine grapes.

While we stroll, you will have the opportunity to sample five wines before we take you to our striking Vienza Cave, the elegant Barcelona Room or lavish Palomino Executive Lounge for a sumptuous food and wine tasting experience. This includes 3 wines matched with a charcuterie platter for each guest, a chef’s special appetizer and a divine chocolate tidbit. Kindly notify us of any dietary restrictions you might have.
