Our driver/chauffeur Fred was great. We got some great pictures and history of Temecula. I would highly recommend this tour. The wineries we tasted at were excellent with outstanding service. I know we will be scheduling another tour!

I was the organizer of the 4 person trip. We were to meet at 10:30am at Akash Winery with Fred and Brian as our drivers whom I had asked for specifically. Fred had ben so fun and full of cheer last time I took this tour, so I asked for him. One of my group cancelled last minute because her husband had to be rushed to Urgent Care. I arrived at 10:38, making me 8 minutes late. Fred was disgruntled. My group was glum. They told me had been pacing in frustration for me to get there, and made it clear he was not pleased. It put a damper on the day. He rushed us through quickly because another group had no drivers and were signed up behind us. I tipped him $100 cash. I believe one other person tipped him as well. But it was such a terrible disappointment. I had bragged up to my friends how fun Fred &Brian were. Brian was never sent, it was Shaun instead and Fred was grouchy and frustrated because I was 8 minutes late for which I apologized upon my arrival. My friends husband had a severe allergic reaction to his second Shingles shot when I had gone to pick her up on the way. I drove in from Corona. I realize that I was the person that was 8 minutes late, but a professional person should be making the guests comfortable while they wait, not pacing up and down in frustration and venting your annoyance at the delay. Also it was your company that booked another tour right behind ours that had no drivers assigned to them. It made Fred all the more angry it seemed as he rushed us back to meet his next tour. This was hardly our fault. My group could clearly feel the tension and that my lateness had started this whole thing. This was supposed to be a relaxing day but it was not. I just wanted to keep apologizing but there was no point. The way I see it, a person should not let their guests feel or see their agitation as Fred clearly did on Friday Oct 4, 2024. B
