Fantastic Flight! - The views were fantastic and we had a fabulous time. Our pilot, Joe, was great and very informative. The rest of the crew were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend Cielo Balloons because they answered all our questions and were very safety conscious! I was the only one in our group who had been up in a hot air balloon before and the others were nervous but afterwards said they felt secure and comfortable. Smooth landing and ended with a champagne toast and tasty cakes.

First time - Joe the pilot was great, very professional, felt comfortable going up with him. It was my husbands and my first time. We were talking next thing I know we were up in the air, great group we were with. Both my husband and I would choose Cielo again , felt very safe and comfortable with Joe being the pilot. It was fun.

100% recommend, amazing amazing - It was my mother’ 68th birthday present.. she said it was the best birthday present ever! We had great time and every body really enjoy the trip. Joe ,the pilot was great , calm and professional. The flight was so smooth up and landing, Joe make sure he explain all info about the flight to make sure everyone is happy, feel so safe. We had cakes and sparkling wine after the trip. Amazing!! 100% recommended and cheaper than other famous company too.

This is one of those Once in A Lifetime things to do - We got a late start because of early morning fog. After about a 20 minute delay it was determined that skies were clearing and we could safely proceed. Joe, our pilot was great. He answered all the questions and provided some historical information. We peaked at 5200 feet and traveled 3.4 miles from the starting point. It's truly amazing to see the world from the (intermittent) serenity of a Hot Air Balloon. We spent most of the time at a much lower altitude and I marveled at the wildlife below. We celebrated with cupcakes and Mimosa after landing. I was able to text a couple live flight pics to family. So memorable. Do IT!

Cielo Ballons - When you pay a significant amount for a bucket list event you expect experienced professionals. And I can say that is exactly what you will get with Cielo Balloons. Our pilot is well experienced and knowledgeable. He made sure we had a remarkable experience. His ground crew were all friendly, and helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say and I have been thinking all day. If I ever go up on a balloon again I will only use Cielo.

Early morning ride over Temecula - What an amazing opportunity to see Temecula from the air. Our pilot was excellent - he was very knowledgable about the area and extremely entertaining. This is definitely a "must do" if you are in the Temecula/San Diego area.
