Amazing - Definitely recommend, it was amazing and peaceful experience. I was little scared first but experience was so nice that there was nothing to be scared. Guys were really professional and friendly.

100/100 - Brian was an excellent captain. He made us feel safe and at ease from the start of our voyage to the end which included the smoothest hot air balloon landing ever witnessed and not to mention the mimosas were the icing on the cake. Brian was very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas which made his commentary during the flight very informative and engaging. I give Brian and his crew a 100/100 and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you again guys.

One for the bucket list. - Hot air balloon ride with Cielo Ballon’s was amazing. Loved it! From beginning till end was enjoyable. Pilot and staff were professional, helpful and courteous. Will definitely go back to them, and take new fam members. And at the end of the ride they provided champagne, mimosas and cupcakes. Very thoughtful, thank you!

Thrilling and beautiful ride - The ride was so much fun and thrilling. The guys running the operation were very friendly and knew what they were doing. The landing took a lot of coordination and they pulled it off brilliantly. The only down side was that there was a lot of waiting around. I fully understand the time needed to set up and break down the balloon, and the need to make sure everyone used the bathrooms before going out. But, once we were loaded into the transportation van, we waited for a long time before heading out to the launch area. We were still able to catch the sunrise though. Overall a fantastic experience.

Sweet Surprise with amazing views. - Josh was a great pilot, and the team worked fast. I could tell everyone was having a good time setting things up for us. The whole thing was amazing, and the views were even 100x better! Josh ensured we felt safe and comfortable, and we stuck the landing!!

Miguel & Nancy's awesome experience. - The most memorable part was when the fog was coming in at the same time the sun was setting. Me and my soon to be wife, was the first time ever getting on a balloon ride we had a very wonderful experience, and let me mention the crew they were awesome very professional and kind they made it more fun thank Joe for us and the rest of the guys .
