good deal! - Unfortunately it was raining heavily, but it was a very good experience all the same. For the price, I think it is a very good deal to get Chechen Itza, two cenotes, and lunch included. Thank you, Christian!

Unique experience - loved the Cenote and the Mayan Pyramid - Recommended highly if you like history. Hopefully, the tour will arrive earlier rather than later. The Cenote experience was surreal - unlike anything I've ever done (and I'm old!)

Disappointing and Unprofessional - Disappointing and Unprofessional Tour – A Complete Waste of Money My partner and I recently went on the Chichen Itza, Cenotes, Ik Kil & Hubiku tour from Cancun, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this tour, as it was not only poorly organized but also disrespectful and frustrating. The pick-up was an hour late, which set a bad tone for the entire day. We were left waiting for an unnecessarily long time, making us feel like we were not a priority. The breakfast provided was subpar at best. It was uninspiring and, frankly, not worth mentioning. It felt like the meal was just a box to tick off. The bus was uncomfortable and in poor condition, adding to the overall negative experience. The ride was long, cramped, and not at all conducive to enjoying the tour. We booked an English speaking tour but the majority of the other guests were Spanish-speaking, which left us feeling isolated. The guide provided little information in English. The tour guide’s behavior was appalling. He made numerous jokes at our expense because my partner doesn’t speak Spanish. This was not only disrespectful but completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We were made to feel uncomfortable for the entirety of the tour. We didn’t get lunch until around 4 pm, which was incredibly late. After a long and uncomfortable bus ride, we were starving by the time the meal finally came. We were supposed to visit a village, but the tour operator skipped that part altogether. We were left wondering what had happened, but there was no explanation or effort to make it up. About 90% of the day was spent sitting on the bus with very little activity or interaction. The tour was incredibly poorly managed, with almost no information provided to us. The tour didn’t conclude until after 9 pm, leaving us no time to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel. This was very frustrating and completely overlooked by the tour operator. We were informed of an additional $15 per person fee just 12 hours before pick-up. This was never communicated when booking the tour, which felt deceptive. In Summary: This tour was a complete waste of money. It was expensive, poorly organized, and filled with unnecessary frustration. The lack of proper communication, disrespectful behavior from the guide, and overall poor experience left a sour taste. We are formally requesting a full or partial refund for this experience. Do not waste your time or money on this tour! We both would still fully recommend seeing the ruins and cenotes - just not with this tour.
