Just fabulous! It’s cold... - Just fabulous! It’s cold so dress warmly.
Our pilot, Juan, and his crew were so kind. Juan was very knowledgeable about the area below and the pyramids plus explained how the balloon worked. The breakfast with talented Mariachis was fresh and tasty.

Best Experience Ever! - This was not only my favorite thing I did on my trip to Mexico City, it was my favorite thing I’ve done in my life! Absolutely magical floating above the pyramids. Hugo was our pilot and he was incredible. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone! The ride is smooth and not at all scary, so you don’t have to be a thrill-seeker to do this.

Highly recommended - Amazing experience. Everything was well organised and the transfer was good on time. Everything was in accordance to the itinerary. The balloon flight was amazing, but the breakfast including mariachi band was also great.

Absolutely Recommend! - Incredible experience! Absolutely recommend to anyone visiting CDMX. They pick us up at our hotel at the exact pickup time and everything went smoothly. By 11am we were back in the city ready to continue exploring!

Amazing Experience - A Definitely Must Do! - This was an amazing experience. Started from the time the Driver picked us up at Four Seasons Hotel to the highlight (the Air Balloon Tour). The Driver was kind and courteous which made the early morning journey seamless. He was also very informative and patiently answered our queries and eased our anxiety. The actual Balloon ride was nothing short of amazing. The experience is indescribable and definitely worth the cost. Don't be deterred by not being able to speak Spanish - everyone spoke perfect English! Overall, if this is on your Bucket List - be like NIKE and JUST DO IT!

Once in a lifetime experience - Absolutely stunning experience! They are real pros- every aspect of the day worked like a well oiled machine. We were lucky with perfect weather, so the ride was smooth. Breathtaking views of the ruins and sky filled with balloons at sunrise. Our pilot was so professional and friendly, and we got a go pro video of the whole flight afterwards for a very good price. The experience was a 10/10 for me. I recommend taking the extra time to tour the ruins, with a guide to get the full history (not affiliated with Volare, but we had a great experience). I would book this again in a heartbeat!

Memorable balloon flight over Teotihuacan. - We had a spectacular balloon trip over teotihuacan pyramid. The whole trip was well organized, fun and memorable. The balloon flight was incredible and the breakfast was delicious with the added bonus of being serenaded by a Mariachi band.

A Nice Short Ride - It was a good tour. Spent about 20 minutes in the air. I guess that is based on wind speed and how far the balloon will get blown by the wind. Very smooth ride, if you closed your eyes you wouldn't know you were in the air. The staff is very professional and efficient. I could have spent another ten minutes or so in the air.
