We will start our journey in Puerto de la Cruz, from where we will set off to one of the most popular lookout spots in the Canary Islands: El Mirador de Humboldt.
Our knowledgeable guide will provide a brief outline of the history of the Canary Islands.
Next, we’ll visit the Valle de La Orotava Farmer’s Market. This thriving locale serves as a weekly nexus for consumers and local farmers. Here, you will discover a broad assortment of products like fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, honey, eggs, cheeses, baked goods, desserts, flowers, handcrafted items, wines, and more.
Our journey further takes us to Bodegas Tajinaste, a leading winery in the Canary Islands. Here you will uncover the secrets of a vineyard that exports its prestigious wines to the best eateries in the Canary Islands, the Iberian Peninsula, and even abroad to the United States, Canada, Germany and the United Kingdom.
We’ll conclude our day with a palate-pleasing tasting of three selected wines, accompanied by a light snack.
