  • Fresh Pasta - You will prepare a few of these pasta formats: spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi, lasagne, orecchiette, pizzocheri, maccheroni al ferro, etc…
  • Sauces - You will learn how to cook some of the following sauces: tomato sauce, meat sauce, fish sauce, Genoese pesto, walnut sauce, almond sauce, etc…
  • Extra dishes - To complete the lunch, some dishes of classic Italian cuisine will be served, prepared exclusively with organic seasonal products grown in our garden
Additional Information

Discover how to blend durum wheat semolina and water to form a variety of pasta shapes, and pair each type with the most suitable sauce. Following the cooking session, you’re invited to savour a delectable lunch made from your freshly crafted pasta, while taking in the serene vistas of Riva del Garda’s hills.

Beyond that, your lunch will be rounded off with selections from traditional Italian gourmet dishes, made solely with organic, seasonal ingredients sourced from our garden!

Fantastic experience! - We had a lovely time joining this pasta course! Elena, Bruna and Francesco were amazing! We had a very warm welcome into their home and learned alot about different pasta types and dishes! The food was incredible and their hospitality even more. Thank you for your kindness and the wonderful experience! Definetly one of our top moments on our vacation this summer! Would recommend this highly to anyone that wants to attend a pasta course!

Like visiting an old friend and catching up - Elena, Bruna and Francesco welcomed us into their fabulous home like one of the family. We were a family of four including two adult children. We were given a tour of their wonderful garden, an appetizer and breakfast on arrival. Bruna showed us how to make 4 types of pasta, so easy and Bruna and Elena were very patient. We will definitely be making pasta on our return to Ireland, it's so easy. Did I mention their house is amazing with spectacular views, my husband was particularly interested in it's passive credentials. Elena , Bruna and Francesco made sauces using fresh ingredients from their garden to accompany the pasta we had made. We wolfed down our lunch, along with most delicious wine from the Calabria region. If you are interested in cooking, gardening and want to learn more about the region, this is a must. This was one of the highlights on our visit to Riva. 🌞🦋🍝

This is the best Pasta Making Class you will ever take - Stop what you are doing and book this class! This was our favorite activity in 10 days in Italy and such a treat to be welcomed into the home of a local family. We were six people, grandparents, parents, and teenagers and everyone of us had a terrific time! Upon arriving, we were welcomed with wine, an appetizer and a wonderful tour of their gardens. The terraced gardens were extensive and almost everything we ate was grown directly by them. They were also wonderful with our food needs (1 vegetarian; 1 person allergic to tree nuts). We started making the dough for pasta and learning the ratios and techniques for kneading. We then took on learning 4 different pasta shapes and making ourselves. None of us our cooks and our hosts were so patient and helpful. We all felt like we walked away learning a lot and were successful! During our labor, we were serve lemongrass tea (hot or cold) that they had freshly made (again, from their beautiful gardens) After the work, it was time to eat. We were welcomed to relax with wine while our hosts made the sauces to complete our work. In between pasta courses they served little salad treats (fresh oranges from their garden!). Everything was delicious! We left full and especially feeling like we made a connection in Italy. We were treated like one of the family and it was such a special experience. I wish I could give 6 stars!

Amazing experience! - Hosts, hospitality, location and of course food was superb, it felt like visiting some old friends in their mountain house!! The hosts welcomed me in their fantastic home with an awesome view of the lake and mountain. They were very patient and taught me how to make a variety of vegan and meat pasta dishes from scratch. We also used fresh ingredients from their back garden, such a sustainable and healthy way of living!! The whole experience was unforgettable and I will be looking forward to visiting again :)
