Our kayaking excursion unfolds in one of the most breathtaking sections of the Vjosa River, recognized as Europe’s final untamed river. The journey commences from the Kelcyra Gorge, a stunning landmark crafted by the river Vjosa, located near Kelcyre in Southern Albania. This gorge provides spectacular and serene vistas. Throughout the adventure, we’ll delight in the ‘Blue Eye’, a natural water spring and marvel located close to the village of Muzine Finiq. After paddling for approximately 2.5 hours through the alluring gorges and cascades, we’ll reach our destination - the village of Peshtan.

We’ll convene at the Salmoni restaurant where you can park your vehicles. Next, our shuttle service will transfer you to the starting point at the Kelcyra gorge. Necessary preparations for this brave venture include donning neoprene suits, thermal pullovers, life vests, and helmets. As you navigate through the thrilling Vjosa rapids, Kelcyra’s awe-inspiring canyons, cascading waterfalls, and encounter the Blue Eye, you’ll be enthralled by an exceptional sense of adventure and a rush of adrenaline.
