- Largo Privato delle Mimose - You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch. Each participant will have a portion of dough to work. The lesson will focus on making pasta made with water and flour, (the real Neapolitan handmade pasta), but if requested by the group it will also be possible to prepare egg pasta. After this experience you will be able to make pasta at home, with the help of the recipe that will be delivered or sent to you by e-mail and remembering the advice I have given you. At the end of the lesson, you will enjoy a full meal that will include the pasta you have just made as main course.

The event will be hosted on the balcony of a private flat. The balcony is perched on the ninth level of a complex nestled among the hills of Naples and offers a breathtaking panorama of the whole Naples Bay. I will assist and guide you through the process of crafting your homemade pasta, providing demonstrations and practical tips. While most of the pasta preparation process will be done manually, there may be instances where minor household appliances will be utilized. Post the tutorial, you will delight in the opportunity to dine and savour a superb meal complemented by a glass of authentic wine.
