- Great Mosque of Testour - The Andalusian village of Testour is renowned for its Grand Mosque, which exemplifies Andalusian architecture, particularly its minaret adorned with Andalusian-style inscriptions and architectural features. The minaret stands 23 meters tall and is octagonal in shape. Its façade is punctuated by small double windows embellished with glazed inscriptions and a mechanical clock at the top. Its design is reminiscent of the Aragonese bell towers found in southern Spain.
- Dougga - This site was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997, recognized as the “best-preserved small Roman city in North Africa.” The archaeological site retains within its boundaries the remnants of various periods of the ancient city, including its monumental center (capitol, forum, market, wind rose square), entertainment buildings (theater, circus), and public baths, all of which clearly illustrate the evolution of an indigenous foundation during the Roman era.
- Bulla Regia - Situated a few kilometers north of Jendouba in the northwest of the country, the archaeological site of Bulla Regia is a key destination for cultural tourism in the region. The remains here testify to over 17 centuries of history of a settlement founded by the Numidians by the late 6th century BC, which swiftly became a royal residence. Initially autonomous during the early Roman period, it was established as a municipality under the Flavians and later as a Roman colony under Emperor Hadrian (117-138). By the end of the 5th century, its inhabitants were deemed poor Christians by Augustine.
