Beautiful trip on a very cold day - It was a VERY cold and icy morning, but Nak and Josh were ready for us. They were very friendly and very professional, and very knowledgeable. It was great kayaking on the calm lake, and listening to Nak and Josh tell us about the history and pointing out the wildlife. It was an overall great experience.

Worth it - My favorite part of the trip was looking into the clear water and seeing the bottom of the lake. After asking how deep it was at its deepest point, I learned that the lake was actually a caldera itself. Little bits of knowledge like this is what makes the experience for me. Not to mention the views.

Great time - It was a nice day on the lake. Eagles flew by and a small pack of Elk roam the Yellowstone lake. The guides were very attentive and informative. We actually saw a geyser that the guide hasn’t seen erupt which seem to get him all excited. E had a great time

Highly recommend this company and this guide team!! - We had a really fun four hour trip despite bad weather. Our guides were Josh, Emily Jo and Michael. They definitely know how to take care of their customers and did a great job of entertaining and educating us. We saw some really cool birds, including a bald eagle. Highly recommend them and this company! I’d give them six stars if I could!

A Yellowstone experience - well worth it - Emily Jo and Josh were awesome guides! They were super knowledgeable and really took care of our group from start to finish. We were immediately offered hot cocoa, tea, coffee and Aussie bites and shown the basics of kayaking. Throughout the tour, Josh had so many cool facts and knew a lot about the wildlife and thermal features of Yellowstone. Emily Jo was super kind and I enjoyed chatting with her. At the end, we were offered lunch with many goodies and a soda/gatorade. The tour was eventful and definitely a workout. I’d recommend this to anyone - families, couples, solo, etc.

Awesome experience - Josh was an excellent guide. He was also knowledgeable on the area. Despite the weather and being my boyfriend and I first time on the kayak it was beautiful to see the geysers up close and to see the beautiful surroundings.

Fantastic fun for the family! - Our tour started at 8 am. Karlie and Josh are very welcoming and knowledgeable tour guides. They are young enthusiastic and took great care of our group. They made everyone feel welcomed. We started out the chilly morning with hot coffee/ tea. Super awesome to warm us up! Our family has taken many kayaking tours and this one by far was the most hospitable. They had all the kayaks lined up. We did a brief safety briefing along with kayaking instructions. Josh was leading the front. Karlie was sweep in the back to ensure we were all present. We kayaked along the shoreline of West Thumb. The weather was perfect! But being so well prepared, we had a chance of rain so they provided rain parkas for us. We didn’t end up needing them but this is an example of how thoughtful they were. Josh was great telling us history and point out landmarks. We stopped for a snack and rest break about 1/2 toward our turnaround. They provided trail mix to energize us. The water was so calm and peaceful. Truly a wonderful experience. We turned around and kayaked back. Even though our tour ended at noon, rather than dismissing us, they provided a really nice sandwich lunch for us. Very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion. You can’t ask for better guides than Karlie and Josh. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.
