The tour begins when the local tour guide picks up participants from their Chiang Mai accommodation in the early evening, with the exact time communicated in advance. Once the group, with a maximum of 8 people, is assembled, the exploration of Chiang Mai’s renowned street food markets commences, uncovering the secrets behind Thailand’s famous street food. Participants can practice ordering dishes in Thai, aided by a leaflet that details the most popular street food options.

This tour includes visits to at least two evening markets, offering the chance to sample at least 8 different dishes such as Kannom Jin (Chinese noodles), northern Thai specialties, stewed pork leg, and coconut dumplings, providing a delightful mix of savory and sweet. It is recommended to arrive with an appetite. After enjoying the culinary delights, participants will be returned to their accommodation at approximately 9:30 - 10 pm.
