Expensive but very interesting tour - A good selection of sights as well as an organized itinerary of the tour. The highlight is the hike at the end, where you get to see some very impressive landscapes and leads to a place where coffee is grown and processed. This could then also be tried on site.
The guide communicated in good English and was responsive to any question. All in all, the about 8-9h tour was very pleasant and interesting. Pricewise I found it too expensive, but this may also be due to my short-term booking. But since the national park is otherwise quite difficult to access and you have to pay extra for each section without a guide, you no longer had all the stress of planning through this tour.

Thank you - Such an informative tour. We loved having M as our guide. He shared information about the park, historical facts, Lanna annd Karen people, and answered all our questions about Buddhism, Thai culture, and food (both lunch and at market). Loved our hike through the forest with a Karen guide and the surprise ending with a coffee break and hand woven goods. Thank you M for a wonderful day!

A 100% top day with a brillant guide Yut. - I loves6 every minute of it. Our guide for the day was Yut and he was the best. He knew a lot about th Thailand and all the kings. The waterfall and the pagodes are a must see and Yut gives a lot of information so you can get a good idea of the area and the history. When you book this ask for Yut, it will be a trip to remember.

10/10 Recommend! - We had a fantastic time exploring Doi Inthanon and laughing the whole day with our tour guide Mr. Tong and our local guide Mr. Chur!
Mr. Tong started the day by greeting my husband and I at our hotel in Old Town, Chiang Mai at 8AM and driving about 99 minutes to Doi Inthanon. From there, we explored Wachirathan Falls, Two Pagodas and the Doi Inthanon summit. We stopped for lunch at an authentic Thai restaurant (must try the Khao Soi!) and was able to shop the local market.
We then met up with our local guide Mr. Chur (Mr. Magic Man) who navigated us on our hike through the Pha Dok Seaw waterfall trail. He was very knowledgeable about the terrain, the vegetation and botany. He showed us tricks like making an airplane out of a papaya leaf, a bamboo shooter, and even a fruit that can be used as soap. The hike was an easier level mostly along a waterfall and the hillside. We visited a local village and had their absolutely amazing coffee, which we purchased a bag to bring home.
Mr. Tong is an absolutely amazing tour guide and went above-and-beyond for us. His English speaking abilities are fantastic and he taught us proper greetings using the Thai language. He made sure we had everything we needed along the tour like drinking water, snacks, toilet paper for the Happy rooms, etc. He even was very accommodating when I started to feel motion sickness from the windy drive up the mountain (Mr. Tong is an excellent driver, I just get car sick easily) and offered to pull over multiple times and even gave me his own tiger balm to subdue. He genuinely cares and appreciates the tourists visiting his Home country and it’s certainly expressed during the tour. Can’t miss this excursion if you’re visiting Chiang Mai!

Great tour with Thog - Ansolutely incredible. Thog was our guide and he was great. Had us laughing the whole time and was extremely knowledgeable of the pagodas and the hiking trail. He brought us to a fantastic lunch spot for an authentic Thai lunch experience. Get the Khao Soi! The hike itself was about two hours long with a local guide named Cher. He was great as well and showed us a bunch of tricks along the way. Thog then met us half through the hike and drove us back to our hotel. Highly recommend spending the day with Thog!

Amazing tour with the Tong! - Got along with Tong from the very start of the trip. He has deep knowledge of Chiang Mai history, he answered every question and more and was able to recite key dates from memory.
We even had a special appearance from “the magic man” and got to meet the locals from a close by village.

A most excellent adventure w/ Tong & Mister Chur - Our adventures with Tong & Mister Chur were amazing!! Tong was the easiest to talk to and his energy was light hearted, fun, and informative. He brought us to the best lunch I’ve ever had where I tried authentic Chang Mai noodles.
He brought us to the waterfall and the highest point in Thailand. He introduced us to magic man, mister Chur, who guided us on a hike and showed us many exotic sights and smells of the jungle.
We finished the hike at a village where they brewed us delicious coffee and we learned about the history of the people.
Next time we are back in Thailand we will be connecting with Tong & Mister Chur again. We want to spend an overnight camping trip at the village they brought us to.
