What an experience! - Perfect full-day trip. You get to literally walk around the elephants and feed them and swim with them. And the bamboo rafting was so much better than expected. Highly recommend this tour.

Enchanting day - Incredible experience. Our guides were great (thank you Tony and the woman whose name I forgot) and spoke perfect English and never rushed us. Rafting was really cool, the waterfall is undersold (it is huge and so much fun) and of course the elephants were the best part. We got to feed them and swim in the river with them. The staff seem to really care for each other and their animals. They relied on bribes to get them to go anywhere. We went with a large group (12 people) and everyone got quality time. Pick up was on time (8 am) but we weren’t rushed when some members of our group were late. Lunch was a family restaurant and delicious. We were dropped off around 5pm after stopping for coffee. This experience was recommended to us by a friend and we will pass on the good word. Thank you!

Amazing Tour with Exceptional Guides and Unforgettable Activities! - The tour was fantastic with exceptional guides who went above and beyond. They were attentive, helping with photos and making everyone feel comfortable. The guides were caring and professional, making the trip fun and informative. The activities, including the ethical elephant sanctuary visit and bamboo rafting, were thoroughly enjoyable. Despite minor issues like delayed pickups and scheduling differences, the overall experience was highly satisfying. The tour is highly recommended for a memorable day in Chiang Mai, offering fun, safety, and great memories.

Worth a trip - It was a very pleasant day trip as were picked up as described in the morning at 08:30 at the hotel. The journey from the city centre takes about 1-1.5h. The guide was very friendly and helpful.

Ok experience - Overall a good experience however very chaotic organisation with transport which delayed getting to the activities. The guide was too busy with driving so we gained no information on the first stops only when asking questions about elephants. The tour should have a driver so the guide can focus on guest experience and sharing information.

Disappointing day trip - You're in the van more than you're doing anything. You were given 1 small bottle of drink on the whole day, that was all possible. The food at lunch was really substandard compared to other tours we did, only padthai with egg and fried rice and a piece of watermelon. The elephant part was quite nice to see, but this had nothing to do with rescued elephants. They were only there for the amusement of the tourists and were mainly expected to perform their trick and it had nothing to do with natural behavior.

Day out, but don't expect anything from lunch. Water is rationed to 1 vial pppd. - The content of the tour is fine, nothing to criticize. You will indeed get a pick-up service, you will go along on a bamboo raft for half an hour, you will take a walk to a waterfall and visit a group of 4 elephants who can feed you bananas and sugar cane, mud bathe with you and then enter the river. During the entire tour you will get 1 bottle of drink during lunch. So if you don't want a headache at the end of the day, bring 2 bottles yourself, because there are no extra bottles on request. Lunch consists of a little fried rice and moderately stuffed Padthai with egg. There's no vegetables, no piece of meat, no lettuce, nothing at all. At the same time, a few slices of melon are served. Enjoy your meal. A towel per person to dry you off once in a while would have been nice.
