Full day excursion, recommended - We were on our way to a full day trip in Phang Nga Bay. The very early rise was worth it! The speedboat took us from Phuket Harbour to various destinations, including James Bond Rock. The staff of the boat were very friendly and extremely helpful in getting off and boarding, but also in providing drinks and food. An unforgettable day!

With Arisara as Bond Girl in Phangnga Bay - We had our 3. Excursion with Arisara as a guide, she was wonderfully friendly and warm again. She speaks excellent German and English. It started with a longtail boat trip to the famous James Bond Rock where Arisara explained a lot of detailed information about the island and the backgrounds of Thailand. Afterwards we went paddling in the mangroves which was a fantastic experience. Afterwards we were on a floating village which was slightly jarring for our eyes as there next to newly opened coffee shops the old inhabitants live in the poorest conditions (Kulturschok). The food in the restaurant was ok. Finally we went back with the longtail boat and still looked at the monkey temple also here Arisara was detailed in explaining and always considered that nothing happens to anyone. She makes every trip special, if you can ask for her, you will not regret it.

Great tour with Khao Lak Land Discovery - Hello, we booked a tour through the hotel with Khao Lak Land Discovery and were more than satisfied. We were with the guide Dominik, who comes from Germany and currently lives in Thailand. We were a mixed group of Germans, Austrians, English, French and Australians. Dominik made an effort in all languages to ensure that everyone understood and he had a lot of background knowledge. The tour was very well organized and there were always enough cold drinks and a delicious lunch. Would recommend it again and again. Thank you and see you soon

Finally got to know the island where Bond was filmed. - All I can say is that I have done this before, was picked up on time and was in a small group and as promised, everything was in German. There was a lot of information and the day flew by and the lunch at the nomad village was really good, I will book here again next time, keep it up. Greetings Andreas

Worth seeing trip to Phang Nga Bay - The trip to Phang Nga Bay was run by Khao Lak Land Discovery. The tour was very well organized, we were always at the attractions before the other tour groups arrived. The trip on the Longtai boat, the canoe trip in the mangroves and caves, the James Bond Rock, the sea nomad village of Ko Panyi and the cave temple with the monkey feeding were all very worth seeing. The funny tour guide Tim did a pretty good job, but we would have liked a bit more information here and there. But all in all it was a very nice trip that we can definitely recommend.

Adventure and variety - Jake was a terrific tour guide, very kind and knowledgeable about the Islands as well as Thailand. James Bond Island was amazing and lunch at the floating market was delicious and filling. Canoeing around the island was my favorite part of the tour. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely do it again!

Don’t miss this - I had fairly low expectations but my wife and I agree that this was the highlight of our visit to Phuket. The excursion we booked was amazing and totally worth it. The pictures tell the story. Get a package deal for the boat, stop at the Buddhist Island for lunch, canoe trip and the whole deal. Well worth the time and the price.

Poor customer service - If you want primarily to go to the James Bond island, do not book this trip. We spent 30 minutes of the one hour stated, this trip is mainly about the floating market. Being dragged through from the back of the market along through unsanitary conditions along the whole length. Where lunch is concerned, so much of the food was left by the other 9 travellers. Then we hung around for an hour waiting to be taken back doing nothing. The canoeing was fun but that was for 40 minutes only out of the 9 hour day. The driver on the way back, drove far too fast finding every bump and pot hole and the email that we should have received the previous evening arrived an hour and a half after the revised pickup, a true shame really, we had been looking forward to it. There was only 2 small bottles of water on offer and a glass of sprite for the whole days agenda. We were very dehydrated.
